TY公交集团自成立以来,在各级政府的大力支持下,持续的为太原百姓日 常出行提供优质的运输服务,获得了百姓的广泛好评,尤其是太原获批“公交都 市”示范城市以来,在各级政府的大力支持下,太原公共交通行业迎来发展的春 天,随着资金、政策逐步落实,新型车辆投入使用,线网、站点重新合理规划, 为广大市民出行提供了高效便捷的服务。但是在大量家用车、出租车、网约车 等新型交通出行工具的冲击下,TY集团处在了竞争更为激烈的竞争环境中,面 临着巨大的挑战。TY集团想要生存和发展,就必须正视现实发展中遇到的困难, 研判太原公共交通行业发展之趋势,研究出具有时代特征的,符合集团发展需 求的发展战略来。 本文以TY公交集团为例,通过运用战略管理、竞争战略等相关战略发展 理论,以及PEST、五力模型、SWOT等分析工具,系统分析和研究TY公交集 团的概况和内外部竞争环境,优势劣势、机遇威胁等影响因素问题,分析集团 发展遇到的实际困难,最终得出一个扩张型战略,通过扩大企业经营规模、实 施辅助公交制策略,提供差异化服务、建设智能公交系统,来推动企业发展。 并通过构建科学化管理体系、构建全方位的公交服务体系、提升员工素质、加 强企业文化建设、做好资金保障等一系列保障措施,确保企业战略的最终实现。 本文内容分为两个主要部分,即:前言和正文,前言介绍了本论文的研究 背景和研究意义、国内外文献研究综述、研究思路与方法、研究内容与框架以 及相关企业战略理论。正文由以下三部分构成:1.分析TY公交集团发展环境, 从行业发展环境进行分析入手,继而运用PEST、波特五力模型分析TY公交集 团面临的外部环境;2.运用SWOT战略研究工具对TY公交集团的各个内部构成 因素进行分析,并通过SWOT矩阵,提出TY集团公司发展战略方向,为集团 分析、制定和实施公司发展战略提供保证;3.明确TY公交集团的自身发展定位, 围绕集团发展定位,选择和确定适合集团发展战略,最终得出发展战略的实施 和保障措施。 关键词:竞争战略 发展环境 战略定位 实施和保障 昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 基于“国家公交都市建设”的TY公交集团发展战略研究 I ABSTRACT TY bus group since its inception, at all levels of government support, the continuous daily for taiyuan people appear to provide quality service, obtained the widespread high praise of the people, especially in taiyuan city "bus" demonstration city approved, at all levels of government support, the taiyuan public transportation industry in the development of spring, with funds, policy, implement step by step, the new type of vehicle in use, line network, the site to reasonable planning, for the majority of citizens travel provides an efficient and convenient services. Based on TY bus group as an example, using strategy management, competitive strategy and relevant strategy development theory, as well as PEST, five model and SWOT analysis tools, such as systems analysis and research of TY bus group profile and internal and external competition environment, advantages disadvantages, opportunity, threat and other influencing factors, analysis of the actual difficulties of group development, finally draw a dilated strategy, by expanding business scale, strategy, implementation of auxiliary bus system to provide differentiated services, construction of intelligent transport system, to promote enterprise development. And through the construction of scientific management system, the construction of a full range of public transport service system, improve the quality of staff, strengthen the construction of corporate culture, capital security and a series of security measures to ensure the final implementation of corporate strategy.
