面对日益激烈的市场竞争环境,汽车生产企业为了满足市场对于产 品多样化的需求,正逐步从大批量生产变为小批量、多品种的生产模式。 在制品管理作为企业运营管理的重要内容,其管理水平的高低直接影响 企业的核心竞争力。当前,在许多汽车零部件制造企业中,在制品库存 管理和信息追溯缺乏统一的标准,在制品信息也无法实现及时反馈,从 而影响了在制品快速流动和及时追溯。通过研究企业在制品管理优化策 略,来实现在制品库存的合理规划和在制品质量的有效管控,对于提高 企业在制品库存管理水平、质量管理水平、增强企业竞争力具有重大意 义。 论文以B公司生产过程在制品管理为研究对象,根据汽车零部件生 产企业的特点,对其生产流程进行了梳理,分析出在制品管理中存在在 制品库存量大,信息不透明、不准确、不及时等问题。为解决这些问题, 企业利用RFID技术和MES系统,开发了在制品库存信息系统和追溯 性信息系统。通过组织架构调整、业务流程再造、信息系统整合等措施, 保障在制品改善策略的顺利实施,并通过关键指标对改善效果进行评价。 通过本论文研究所提出的管理策略,帮助B企业实现了在制品管理 的优化,同时为同行业其他企业的在制品管理提出了借鉴。 关键词:在制品,库存管理,追溯性管理,信息系统 REASERCH ON WIP MANAGEMENT STRATEGY OF PRODUCTION PROCESS IN B COMPANY ABSTRACT In the increasingly intense market competition environment, automobile production enterprises are gradually changing from mass production to multi-variety production mode in order to meet the market demand for product diversification. As an important part of operation management, WIP management has a direct impact on enterprise core competitiveness. At present, in many auto parts manufacturing enterprises, WIP inventory management and information traceability are not standardized, and WIP information cannot be timely fed back, which affects WIP fast flow and timely tracking. It is of great significance to improve the level of product inventory management, quality management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by researching on the optimization strategy of product management to realize reasonable planning of product inventory and effective traceability of product quality. This paper takes WIP management in the production process of company B as the research object. According to the characteristics of the automotive parts manufacturing enterprise, through analysis on the production process, the main problem is high volume inventory, low transparent, inaccurate and non-real-time information. The product inventory information system and traceability information system were developed by using RFID technology and MES system. In order to solve these problems, WIP inventory information system and traceability information system was developed based on RFID technology and MES system. Through organizational structure adjustment, business process reengineering, information system integration and other measures, ensure the implementation of WIP management optimization strategy, and evaluate the improvement effect through key indicators. Through the management strategy proposed in this paper, it helps realize the optimization of WIP management in B enterprise, and provides a reference for other enterprises in the same industry for WIP management.
