长江经济带是我国先进制造业布局的重点区域之一，更是支撑国家战略的 重要经济主轴。《中国制造2025》明确提出积极推动长江经济带产业协同发展， 《长江经济带发展规划纲要》提出“长三角”城市群、“中三角”城市群、“成 渝”城市群三大区域之间的协同创新战略。两个重要指导规划中均强调长江经 济带产业协同发展，打破区域间强者越强，弱者越弱的“马太效应”，实现区域 均衡发展。本文通过表征先进制造业综合发展水平的技术效率指标研判长江经 济带先进制造业的空间分异特征和收敛态势，为推动长江经济带协同发展提供 参考依据。论文设计六大章节，主要研究结论如下： 第一，从时间、空间双角度分析长江经济带先进制造业技术效率走向。长 江经济带先进制造业技术效率呈现“东高西低”的空间分异格局，以2011年为 时间转折节点，中部地区技术效率显著提升，经济带整体技术效率差距缩小， 呈现空间收敛态势。第二，全域Moran's I指数证明长江经济带先进制造业的发 展存在空间相互作用，LISA聚类地图展现长江经济带下游地区高值聚类，上游 地区低值聚类，证明了长江经济带先进制造业空间分异现象。第三，通过空间 杜宾面板模型，得出工业化程度、人力资本、技术创新、信息化水平、对外开 放程度、交通运输水平为促成长江经济带先进制造业技术效率变化，从而产生 空间分异现象的驱动因素。第四，应用空间滞后模型和空间误差模型对先进制 造业绝对β收敛和条件β收敛的实证检验，条件β收敛影响因素有R&D投入和 人力资本。两种β收敛的显著说明长江经济带各省份先进制造业发展差距缩小， 中下游地区发挥“后发优势”，区域协同趋势明显。 研究结果显示长江经济带先进制造业形成“东强西弱，中部突破”的格局， 表现出显著的分异性。长期来看，技术和人力资本的投入促进长江经济带先进 制造业走向共同繁荣。依据实证研究结果，本研究在推进经济带各省份开放交 流、促进人才流动、推动技术研发与技术成果转化方面提出创新性政策建议， 以期有助于长江经济带先进制造业发展实践。 关键词： 长江经济带；先进制造业；空间分异；空间收敛 II Abstract The Yangtze River economic belt is one of the key areas of China's advanced manufacturing industry layout, also is an important economic axis to support the national strategy. "Made in China 2025" clearly proposes to promote the coordinated development of industries in the Yangtze River economic belt, and "Outline of Yangtze River economic belt development" proposes the coordinated innovation strategy among the three major regions : Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations , Triangle of Central China and Chengdu-Chongqing City Group. Both of the two important guiding plans emphasize breaking the "Matthew effect" to achieve coordinated development.Through technical efficiency, which represents the comprehensive development level of advanced manufacturing industry,this paper studies the spatial heterogeneity and spatial convergence of advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt. This paper provides a reference for promoting the coordinated development of the Yangtze River economic belt. The main conclusions are as follows: First, it analyzes the technical efficiency trend of advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt from the perspective of time and space. The technical efficiency of the advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents a spatial heterogeneity pattern of "high in the East and low in the west".The technological efficiency of Triangle of Central China have been significantly improved after 2011. The overall technical efficiency gap have been narrowed, showing a trend of spatial convergence. Secondly, the global Moran's I index proves that there is spatial interaction in the development of advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt. LISA cluster map shows the high value cluster in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt and the low value cluster in the upper reaches, which proves the spatial heterogeneity of advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt. Thirdly, through the SDM, this paper proves that industrialization, human capital, technological innovation, information level, openness and transportation are the driving factors for the change of the technical efficiency of the advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt, which leads to the III phenomenon of spatial heterogeneity. Fourth, the absolute β-convergence and conditional β-convergence of advanced manufacturing industry are proved by using SLM and SEM. The factors that influence conditional β-convergence are R&D investment and human capital. The β-convergence shows that the development gap of advanced manufacturing industry in the provinces of the Yangtze River economic belt has narrowed, the middle and lower reaches have played a "late development advantage", and the regional synergy trend is obvious. The results show that the advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt has formed a pattern of "strong in the east and weak in the west, the rise of middle reach", showing spatial heterogeneity. In the long time, the investment of technology and human capital promotes the advanced manufacturing industry of the Yangtze River economic belt to common prosperity. According to the results of empirical research, this study puts forward innovative policy suggestions in promoting open communication, promoting talent flow, promoting technological innovation and transformation of technological achievements in all provinces of the economic belt, in order to help the development practice of advanced manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt.
