I 摘要 近年来,随着以欧美国家为首发起的逆经济全球化浪潮愈演愈烈,全 球化运动也陷入了一个小低潮。在这样的情境下,我国坚持多边主义,走 国际化道路,积极鼓励中国企业“走出去”。其中如成功设立的“中国国 际进口博览会”扩大国内对国际市场的进口,提出的“一带一路”倡议鼓 励国内企业实行国际化等等,这些都引起了各界的持续关注和热议。但是, 虽然中国企业的对外投资在某些国家间得到了大幅增长,但总体而言仍较 2016年中国企业对外投资总额峰值出现一定程度下滑。 基于此,研究中国企业国际化背后的推动因素与机制,推动中国企业 尽早国际化具有迫切的现实意义,也成为了学者的研究热点。而在目前的 研究中,学者较少关注从母国区域正式制度角度出发剖析国际化进程。因 此,本文立足于中国情境,从中国独有的文化背景与社会关系出发,聚焦 于中国企业的国际化进程,整合了“制度理论”、“交易成本理论”和“社 会网络理论”等理论视角,考察了母国区域正式制度、文化认同、华人网 络等三个方面的因素对中国企业首次国际化进入时间的影响机制,探索了 以下三个问题:(1)母国区域正式制度对中国企业首次国际化进入时间的 影响。(2)文化认同是否会对母国区域正式制度对中国企业首次国际化进 入时间具有调节效应。(3)华人网络是否会对母国区域正式制度对中国企 业首次国际化进入时间具有调节效应。 本研究对现有关于企业国际化的研究文献进行综述和整理出现有不足 后,系统性地构建了本文的研究模型,并基于此提出研究假设。同时,也 进一步确定母国区域正式制度与企业首次国际化进入时间的研究方法。通 过搜寻2010-2016年间在沪深证券交易所上市的企业年报,最终筛选出426 家当年首次国际化的中国企业,并运用SPSS统计软件对本研究所获取的数 据进行非线性回归分析,实证检验了本研究所提出的研究假设,并得到实 证检验结果如下: (1)母国区域正式制度对中国企业首次国际化进入时间存在U型的 关系。(2)母国与东道国间的文化认同对母国区域正式制度对中国企业首 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 II 次国际化进入时间具有调节效应。(3)东道国的华人网络对母国区域正式 制度对中国企业首次国际化进入时间具有调节效应。 关键词:母国区域正式制度;进入时间;文化认同;华人网络 Abstract III Abstract In recent years, with the intensification of the reverse economic globalization led by European and American, the globalization has fallen into a low tide. Under this circumstances, China adheres to multilateralism and internationalization, and encouraging Chinese enterprises to “going global”. Among them, China has taken many measures,such as the establishment of the "China International Import Expo" to expand domestic imports to the international market, and the proposed "Belt and Road" initiative to encourage domestic enterprises to implement internationalization, etc., all of these have aroused continuous concern and heated discussion from the society. However, although Chinese companies outbound investment has increased substantially in some countries, it still declined to a certain extent from the peak of Chinese companies outbound investment in 2016. Based on this, exploring the driving factors and mechanisms behind the internationalization of Chinese companies and promoting the early internationalization of Chinese companies has become a hotspot for scholars. In current research, scholars pay less attention to analyze the process of internationalization from the perspective of the official system of the home country. Therefore, this article based on the Chinese context and Chinese unique cultural background , focusing on the internationalization process of Chinese companies, integrating the theoretical perspectives such as "institutional theory", "transaction cost theory" and "social network theory" , Examining the impact mechanism of the three factors of the formal system of the home country, cultural identity, and Chinese network on the entry timing, and explored the following three issues: (1) The formal institutional environment of the home country how to impact entry timing. (2) Whether cultural identity will have a regulatory effect on the formal international institutional environment of the home country on the entry timing. (3) Whether the Chinese network will have a regulatory effect on the formal international institutional environment of the home country on the entry timing. In this study, after reviewing and sorting out the existing research literature on the internationalization of enterprises, this paper constructed a 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 IV model systematically, and proposed a research hypothesis. At the same time, this paper also determines the research method of the formal system of the home country and the time for the entry timing. By searching the annual reports of companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2010 to 2016, 426 Chinese companies were selected, and SPSS statistical software was used to perform nonlinear regression analysis on the data obtained by this institute. The research hypothesis proposed by this institute and the empirical test results are as follows: (1) The formal institutional environment of the home country region has a U-shaped relationship with the entry timing of Chinese companies. (2) The cultural identity between the home country and the host country has a moderating effect on the relationship between the formal institutional environment of the home country and the entry timing of Chinese companies. (3) The Chinese network of host country has a moderating effect on the relationship between the formal institutional environment of the home country and the entry timing of Chinese companies.
