建筑企业在我国国民经济中扮演着十分重要的角色,是产值创造和吸收就业的主要行业。 虽然建筑业在我国经历了较大的发展,但是与国外先进国家相比,还存在着技术创新少和管 理水平低的缺点。与此同时,我国建筑业中小企业林立,由此导致我国建筑行业规模小,从 传统上不重视技术研发和企业文化,停留在粗放式投资上,对企业可持续性发展没有认真思 考。对建筑企业发展战略的研究,不仅仅是为提高企业盈利水平和市场份额,更为关键的是, 其对企业长远性、整体性、整体性的谋划,对企业可持续发展具有特别重要的指导意义。 本文以XY建筑企业为研究对象。首先,针对我国建筑业的现状,提出了该行业目前存 在的诸多问题,并简单描述了XY建筑企业的基本状况;然后,运用PEST、VRIO、SWOT 等分析方法,对XY建筑公司的内外部环境进行了详细的分析,一言以蔽之是外部环境的机 会大于威胁;再次,在以上分析的基础上,提出了XY建筑公司的发展战略选择:公司级战 略选择多元化发展,业务级战略选择差异化/成本领先战略,基于此要在职能级战略上强化生 产管理、人力资源管理以及品牌管理等等;最后,本文对XY建筑公司的战略实施作了概要 的部署。 XY建筑企业作为民营建筑企业的代表,在内外部环境的影响下,本研究通过分析诊断, 提出了该公司适宜选择多元化发展的公司级战略、差异化/成本领先的业务级战略。本研究的 相关结论对建筑行业中的中小型民营企业的战略规划和选择具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 关键词: 建筑公司;发展战略;战略选择;战略实施 II Abstract Construction enterprises play a very important role in China's national economy, and are the main industries for the creation of value and employment. Although the construction industry has experienced great development in China, compared with advanced foreign countries, there are still shortcomings of less technological innovation and low management level. At the same time, China's construction industry has a small number of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has led to a small scale in China's construction industry. Traditionally, it has not paid much attention to technology research and development and corporate culture, and has stayed on extensive investment, and has not seriously considered the sustainable development of enterprises. The research on the development strategy of construction enterprises is not only to improve the profitability and market share of enterprises, but more importantly, it is a plan for the long-term, holistic and holistic nature of enterprises, which is particularly important for the sustainable development of enterprises. Guiding significance. This article takes XY construction companies as the research object. Firstly, aiming at the status quo of China's construction industry, it puts forward many problems existing in the industry, and briefly describes the basic situation of XY construction enterprises.
