网上银行的个人结售汇业务是客户在网上银行根据实时的人民币、外币汇率，进行 的人民币和外币之间相互兑换的行为。A银行为了方便客户非现场办理业务，提升客户 体验，增强公司在行业内的影响力和口碑度，公司决议建设网上银行结售汇系统。 本文主要研究项目管理理论在网上银行结售汇项目建设中的应用以及如何提供理 论指导。通过对网上银行结售汇业务的调研分析、竞品分析，提出本项目的设计与实施 方案。首先，从该篇论文的背景和意义入题，通过对国内、外项目管理发展的研究分析， 提出了关于A银行的网上银行结售汇系统建设的项目管理理论基础，并提出相关项目 管理方法。其次，本文着重从项目范围方面的管理、项目进度方面的管理、项目沟通方 面的管理、项目风险方面的管理来论述这个项目的立项、需求调研、系统设计、项目实 施、生产上线等一系列过程。着重的研究和分析了项目管理理论在这四方面的应用，如 何通过的理论指导确保每个项目管理过程执行顺利。本文不仅仅阐述了项目管理各阶段 的理论知识，同时还概述了通过对工作分解结构、甘特图、风险事件应对措施表等项目 管理的工具和方法的使用，如何进行项目管理各个阶段的计划制定和实施控制。通过结 合具体的项目，将理论应用于实践。另外，本文还论述了一些在实际项目中遇到的项目 管理问题，以及实际的解决办法。整体下来，网上银行结售汇系统的项目管理比较成功， 项目最终保质保量的成功上线。 A银行的网上银行结售汇系统已经上线运行了一段时间，运行状况良好，在银行日 常的客户服务系统中发挥着关键的作用，受到了营业部网点的广泛称赞，项目交付成果 可操作性强、收益性高、实用性强。随着业务的不断发展，本项目在具体实施的过程中 也会不断的进行更新和完善，为银行客户带来更好的服务和体验。 关键词：项目管理；结售汇；系统开发 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第II页 Abstract Individual settlement and sale of foreign exchange business of online bank is the exchange behavior between RMB and foreign currency carried out by customers in online bank according to real-time exchange rate of RMB and foreign currency. In order to facilitate off-site business, enhance customer experience and enhance the influence and reputation of the company in the industry, A Bank decided to build an online bank settlement and sale system. This paper mainly studies the application of project management theory in the construction of online bank settlement and sale of foreign exchange projects and how to provide theoretical guidance. Through the investigation and analysis of online bank's settlement and sale of foreign exchange business and competitive analysis, the design and implementation plan of this project is put forward. Firstly, from the background and significance of this paper, through the research and analysis of the development of project management at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the theoretical basis of project management for the construction of online bank settlement and sale system of A Bank and puts forward relevant project management methods. Secondly, this paper focuses on the project scope management, project communication management, and project progress management, project risk management to elaborate the project's establishment, demand research, system design, project implementation, production on-line and a series of processes. Emphasis is laid on the research and analysis of the application of project management theory in these four aspects, and how to ensure the smooth implementation of each project management process through theoretical guidance. This paper not only elaborates the theoretical knowledge of each stage of project management, but also outlines how to plan and implement control in each stage of project management through the use of project management tools and methods such as work breakdown structure, Gantt chart and risk event response table. Through the combination of specific projects, the theory is applied to practice. In addition, this paper also discusses some project management problems encountered in actual projects and practical solutions.
