进入21世纪以来，世界科技发展进入快车道，信息技术使世界扁平化，人类对科 技产品消费和追逐达到了前所未有的高度，同时全球经济逐渐一体化，使得电子类科技 产品在拥有全球市场的同时，竞争也更加剧烈了。中国经过改革开放40多年的高速发 展，已是世界第二大经济体，中国十几亿人口的市场已成为国际市场竞争的举主要战场。 在新的国际分工体系中，美日英等发达国家占据国际分工利润链的高端，作为 “全球 制造工厂”的中国，前有发达国家的贸易壁垒与技术鸿沟，后有印度、菲律宾等地底成 本的追兵，中国企业必须改变固有思想，加速转型升级，实现从“中国制造”到“中国 智造”，从“全球制造工厂”向“世界科研基地”的转型。 邓小平曾指出，“科学技术是第一生产力，既是现代科学技术发展的重要特点，也 是科学技术发展必然结果”，习近平总书记指出“科学技术是第一生产力，创新是引领 发展的第一动力。当前，全球新一轮科技革命孕育兴起，正在深刻影响世界发展格局， 深刻改变人类生产生活方式，加强科技产业界和社会各界的协同创新，促进各国开放合 作，是让科技发展为人类社会进步发挥更大作用的重要途径”。 再观察国内科技企业的发展状况，有一个鲜明的对比，联想和华为。2005年联想 集团收购IBM PC业务，此时的联想有市场有资本站在了风口上，然而联想没有发展自 己PC的核心技术，而是专心做组装和销售，发展15年后，现市值650亿港币。而华为 公司紧抓科学技术与人才，一面大力发展核心技术，申报技术专利，提高技术壁垒，一 面深耕国际市场，取得了非常瞩目的成绩。2019年世界500强排行榜上华为排名12， 联想排名212。可以说是技术创新使华为获得了今天的地位，华为的技术创新能力更是 大家一致认可的。由此可见国内科技企业应该持续地进行技术创新，不断提升企业的核 心竞争力，才能获得更好的生存和发展空间，科技企业的技术创新能力作为企业的核心 竞争力，将成为决定企业兴衰成败的关键因素之一。而技术创新能力从何而来，如何评 估？在研究国内外有关技术创新的相关文献后，发现科技企业技术创新能力与知识整合 之间的理论关系是一个值得深入研究的课题。 本文在对国内外有关知识整合以及技术创新能力相关文献进行整理的基础上，选取 国外跨国科技企业WDC公司作为研究对象，从知识整合的视角进行科技企业技术创新能 力培养与影响技术创新方向的研究。首先，对WDC公司的基本情况，企业现状进行了介 II 绍；其次，分析了其从建立、壮大直到成为行业巨头的成长历史，并分析了贯穿其中的 知识整合行为和技术创新能力的成长路线；最后，从知识整合的视角，给出了该公司知 识整合与技术创新能力提升的策略和实施。本文的研究，对科技企业调控企业创新能力 和提升企业竞争力具有重要参考意义，同时为企业从知识整合视角培养与提升技术创新 能力提供了指导方法，帮助国内企业在吸取国际企业成功经验的基础上，提升知识整合 与技术创新方面的能力，对推动我国科技企业实现“建设世界科技强国的奋斗目标”具 有一定的指导意义。 关键词：WDC公司；知识整合；技术创新；技术创新能力评估 III Abstract Since to the 21st century, the development of science and technology in the world has entered a fast track.
