自2017年YL公司明确了转型目标后,为早日实现转型成功的目标YL公司 从技术升级和管理等方面开展改进工作。虽在一些方面取得了可喜的成效,但当 前的社会责任管理工作中还存在一些亟待解决的矛盾和问题。 本文以利益相关者理论、社会契约理论、社会公民为基本理论框架,通过揭 露网站、YL公司的官网和对公司内的人员进行访谈收集该公司的社会管理现状 的相关资料,总结了该公司在对投资者、员工、消费者、所在社区、自然环境以 及政府的社会责任管理现状。本文采用了文献分析法、综合分析法等方法,对访 谈结果和收集到的资料进行分析,发现该公司在社会责任管理方面存在社会责任 重视度不足、社会责任战略定位不准、社会责任竞争力方向不明、缺乏统一的社 会责任管理体系等问题,进而还探讨了该公司问题发生的原因。基于所发现的问 题和原因,本文从以下几个方面:社会责任组织管理体系设计、社会责任能力建 设体系设计、企业利益相关方参与体系设计、社会责任效果评估体系设计,为该 公司的社会责任管理设计了一套方案。 最后本文依据YL公司的社会责任管理目标,提出了一套具体实施社会责任 管理的方法,即健全企业社会责任管理领导体制、加快建设企业社会责任预警体 系、建立社会责任管理信息披露机制并接受社会监督。 关键词:YL公司;社会责任管理;利益相关者 III ABSTRACT Since 2017, YL has defined its transformation target, and YL has been working on technical upgrading and management to achieve its goal of success. Although gratifying achievements have been made in some aspects, there are still some contradictions and problems to be solved in the current management of social responsibility. This paper, based on stakeholder theory, social contract theory and social citizen theory framework, collects relevant information about the current situation of social management of YL Company by exposing the website of YL Company and conducting interviews with people in the company. This paper analyzes the current situation of corporate investors, employees, consumers, communities, natural environment and government social responsibility management. Through analysis, this paper finds that the company has some problems such as insufficient attention to social responsibility, inaccurate strategic positioning of social responsibility, unclear direction of competitiveness of social responsibility, lack of a unified social responsibility management system, and so on. This paper goes on to discuss the problem of the company The cause of birth. Based on the problems and reasons found, this paper designs the following aspects: social responsibility organization management system IV design, social responsibility capacity-building system design enterprise stakeholders involved in the system design, social responsibility effect evaluation system design, social responsibility organization management system design, social responsibility capacity building system design, enterprise stakeholder participation system design, social responsibility effect evaluation system design, A plan was designed for the company's social responsibility management. Finally, according to the social responsibility management objectives of YL Company, this paper puts forward a set of specific implementation of social responsibility management program, that is, improve the corporate social responsibility management leadership system, accelerate the construction of corporate social responsibility early warning system.
