I 摘要 近几年,随着国内社会经济、科技快速发展,对石油、天然气的需求大增, 同时也在石油、天然气勘探领域取得了显著的成就,与国外石油天然气领域的合 作持续深化,因此可以预见,未来几年,我国石油、天然气管道建设进入高峰期。 但是,在经济转型产业升级这一大背景下,石油与天然气行业实施改革,相关领 域的开放程度不断提升,使得石油、天然气基础设施建设行业的竞争日益加剧。 面对新的发展环境,相关国企实施了改革,以应对市场的新竞争局势。四川油建 公司也实施了一系列的改革措施,经过资产重组,归并到工程服务有限公司,为 了实现新的发展目标,必须尽快培养自身的核心竞争力,提升市场竞争力,进而 改善扭转当前发展局面。 随着世界经济回暖,全球石油与天然气行业的发展逐渐恢复正常,四川油建 迎来新的发展机遇,但是同样面临诸多挑战,必须尽快提升核心竞争力,进而在 日益复杂的市场环境中扎根发展。介于此,本次研究将四川油建公司作为研究对 象,对核心竞争力理论及现有研究成果进行整理汇总,进而分析了该公司的核心 竞争力现状;对四川油建公司的基本情况、发展实际分析后,明确了该公司的竞 争力影响因素;运用模糊层次分析法构建判断矩阵,对其核心竞争力水平及主要 竞争优势作了量化分析。 结合模糊层次法的分析结果,为四川油建公司提出了核心竞争力提升措施, 从强化战略决策能力与资源优势,加强技术创新与条件环境,提高市场营销与管 理协调能力以及加强企业文化与组织建设等方面为其制定了战略规划,以帮助四 川油建公司科学高效的提升自身核心竞争力,为同类型其他企业发展改进提供借 鉴,研究具有实践指导、理论发展意义。论文最后,概括了本研究的理论成果, 同时指出了研究的不足之处,为未来相关研究提供了新的方向。 关键词:油建,核心竞争力,战略提升 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofdomesticsocialeconomyand technology,thedemandforoilandnaturalgashasincreasedgreatly.Atthesametime, significantachievementshavebeenmadeinthefieldofoilandnaturalgasexploration. Thecooperationwithforeignoilandgasfieldshascontinuedtodeepen,soitcanbe foreseenInthenextfewyears,China'soilandnaturalgaspipelineconstructionwill enteritspeakperiod.However,inthecontextofeconomictransformationandindustrial upgrading,theoilandgasindustryhasimplementedreforms,andthedegreeof opennessinrelatedfieldshascontinuedtoincrease,makingthecompetitionintheoil andgasinfrastructureconstructionindustryincreasinglyintensified.Facingthenew developmentenvironment,relevantstate-ownedenterpriseshaveimplementedreforms inresponsetothenewcompetitivesituationinthemarket.SichuanOilConstruction Companyalsoimplementedaseriesofreformmeasures.Afterassetreorganization,it wasmergedintothePipelineAdministration.Inordertoachievenewdevelopment goals,itmustcultivateitscorecompetitivenessassoonaspossible,enhancemarket competitiveness,andimproveandreversethecurrentdevelopmentsituation. Withtherecoveryoftheworldeconomy,thedevelopmentoftheglobaloilandgas industrygraduallyreturnstonormal.SichuanOilfieldConstructionhasusheredinnew developmentopportunities,butalsofacesmanychallenges.Itisnecessarytoimprove itscorecompetitivenessassoonaspossible,andthentakerootintheincreasingly complexmarketenvironment.Inviewofthis,thisstudytakesSichuanOilfield ConstructionCompanyastheresearchobject,sortsoutandsummarizesthecore competitivenesstheoryandexistingresearchresults,andthenanalyzesthecurrent situationofthecompany'scorecompetitiveness;afteranalyzingthebasicsituationand developmentpracticeofSichuanOilfieldConstructionCompany,theinfluencing factorsofthecompany'scompetitivenessareclarified;thejudgmentmatrixis constructedbyusingfuzzyanalytichierarchyprocess(FAHP).Thelevelof competitivenessandthemaincompetitiveadvantagesareanalyzedquantitatively.
