知识经济时代使得知识越来越成为科技型企业不可或缺的资源。与此同时，随着 市场竞争环境的激烈，创新成为决定企业成败的重要路径。2019年科技部《关于新 时期支持科技型中小企业加快创新发展的若干政策措施》（以下简称《政策措施》） 中指出，通过培育壮大科技型中小企业主体规模、强化科技创新政策完善与落实、加 大对科技型中小企业研发活动的财政支持、引导创新资源向科技型中小企业集聚、扩 大面向科技型中小企业的创新服务供给、加强金融资本市场对科技型中小企业的支持 以及鼓励科技型中小企业开展国际科技合作等七大措施支持科技型中小企业走创新 驱动发展道路。开展基于创新的知识管理实践成为科技型企业的必然选择。 本文基于创新理论、知识管理相关理论以及知识管理对科技型企业创新的影响分 析，探究如何优化知识管理来指导科技型企业的技术创新活动，对提升科技型企业创 新能力具有重要意义。首先，通过对相关文献的梳理，对科技型企业创新和知识管理 两方面的研究成果进行综述与分析，提出本文研究切入点。其次，对科技型企业、科 技型企业创新和知识管理进行了相关概念界定，回顾了创新理论和知识管理相关理 论。再次，结合SZ科技型企业的实际情况，对SZ企业创新的知识管理现状进行了 调查分析。然后，基于知识管理的硬环境和软环境视角，探究了SZ企业创新的知识 管理面临的主要问题并对其原因展开进一步分析。接着，从宏观层面和微观两个层面， 针对政府部门和科技型企业自身提出了SZ企业创新的知识管理优化路径。最后，根 据前文的研究结果总结本文的主要贡献，并对研究方面的不足之处加以说明，展望未 来研究方向。 关键词：科技型企业；创新；知识管理 科技型企业创新的知识管理优化研究—以SZ企业为例 I ABSTRACT In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an indispensable resource for science and technology enterprises. At the same time, with the fierce market competition environment, innovation has become an important path to determine the success or failure of enterprises. In 2019, the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "policy measures") pointed out that by cultivating and expanding the main scale of science and technology-based SMEs, strengthening the improvement and implementation of science and technology innovation policies, increasing financial support for research and development activities of science and technology-based SMEs, guiding innovation resources to science and technology-based SMEs Seven measures, such as gathering, expanding the supply of innovation services for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, strengthening the support of financial capital market for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, and encouraging small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to carry out international scientific and technological cooperation, support small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to take the path of innovation driven development. The practice of knowledge management based on innovation has become an inevitable choice for science and technology enterprises. This paper is based on the analysis of innovation theory, knowledge management theory and the impact of knowledge management on the innovation of science and technology enterprises, and explores how to optimize knowledge management to guide technology innovation activities of science and technology enterprises, which is of great significance to enhance the innovation capabilities of science and technology enterprises. Firstly, by combing the relevant literature, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research results of innovation and knowledge management of technology-based enterprises, and puts forward the starting point of this study. Secondly, it defines the related concepts of innovation and knowledge management of technology-based enterprises and technology-based enterprises, and reviews the innovation theory and knowledge management related theories. Thirdly, combined with the actual situation of SZ technology-based enterprises, this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of knowledge management of SZ enterprise innovation. Then, based on the perspective of hard environment and soft environment of knowledge management, this paper explores the main problems of knowledge management of SZ enterprise innovation and further analyzes the causes. Then, from the macro level and micro level, this paper puts forward the optimization path of knowledge management of SZ enterprise innovation for government departments and technology-based enterprises themselves. Finally, according to the results of the previous study, this paper summarizes the main contributions ABSTRACT II of this paper, and explains the shortcomings of the research, and looks forward to the future research direction.
