识管理系统的规划思路
本研宄提出知识管理系统的总体规划和详细规划。在规划中,主要的理论方法是运用系统
规划法研宄B公司知识管理系统的总体结构和子系统划分。用知识管理分类法研究B公司内部知
识资产和外部知识资产,隐性知识资产和显性知识资产的划分和确认。详细规划了各子系统的架
构、流程。研宄知识管理系统与云计算的结合及云资源池的标准化。总体规划系统的整体框架、
功能划分、数据流程及系统与云计算的结合。详细规划从B公司知识管理门户系统,知识存储、
知识获取、知识学习、知识共享、知识使用、知识创新方面,结合企业知识要素、组织职能和业
务流程等,规划了子系统架构和数据流程,对具体功能模块进行了规划。基于云计算知识管理系
统的规划的总体目标是,实现B公司知识获取、共享和使用方面的云计算高效率管理,为现行知
识型组织建设目标提供基础服务、理论服务和技术服务

The With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a basic
function of enterprise management. The information technology makes information massive increase in
knowledge has become a technical constraint and management of enterprise resources, effective use of
knowledge become managers must grasp the subject of information, knowledge transformation and
management, form a kind of enterprise competition ability. In the virtual network era, knowledge
management has become a kind of social demand which can be realized in technology. Cloud
computing with the advantages of high efficiency of distributed computing, easy to share large stock,
easy to promote the advantages of economy, provides a very good technical services for enterprise
knowledge management. National and local governments continue to introduce policies to encourage
local private enterprises in accordance with the national industrial restructuring and innovation, and
information technology services to give policy support and broad space for development. In this paper,
by analyzing the B company management situation, starting from the confirmation, explore and do a
good job in the company&39;s knowledge assets classification, management perspective on the current
status of the B company knowledge assets and departments, business organization structure and
resources management method and business process of the investigation, the current situation of the
accumulation of data management B, knowledge management and business activities. With the help of
the theoiy of enterprise management, this paper analyzes the problems in the management of the
company, the lack of knowledge management, the knowledge management needs of the various
organizations of the company. Access to the latest literature on knowledge management to explore new
approaches and research trends in knowledge management. That cloud computing services, the
introduction of knowledge management is to adapt to the development of knowledge economy,
knowledge management technology system to solve the problems of the enterprise, with the promotion
of Internet plus era of enterprise management informatization and modernization of the practical
significance, in the knowledge assets of enterprises to explore, formation of knowledge management
system can provide system planning,to solve specific problems, put forward B company planning
thinking of knowledge management system based on cloud computing.

加,知识成为一种技术上需要约束和管理的资源,企业对知识的有效利用成为管理者必须把握的

种能够在技术上实现普遍共享的社会需求。云计算以分布式计算的高效率,大存量便于共享的便
