我国支付体系在“互联网+”的时代背景下,发生了巨大的变化,特别是支 付方式的变化,支付已经渗透到居民生活、工作的方方面面。移动支付,尤其是 POS刷卡、二维码支付已经成为消费者主要的支付方式。但是,消费者支付方式 选择的多样性,导致支付市场中收款方的管理成本仍然较高,智能POS、聚合二 维码支付在创新和竞争的驱动下,应运而生。特别是2016年9月实施银行卡刷 卡手续费改革以来,随着支付市场的整体规模攀升,蓝海市场已经变成了竞争激 烈的红海市场。银行作为收单业务的一个渠道,特约商户的使用意愿表现出较大 的差异,在这一背景下,本文围绕商户收单业务入网意愿开展研究,分析影响个 体工商户办理收单业务意愿的主要影响因素。 本文选取郑州地区火车站商圈的个体工商户为研究对象,在已有研究成果 的基础上,运用调查问卷的方法对郑州市火车站商圈的收单业务进行实地调查, 获取一手的数据,并在充分了解国内外收单业务相关研究和Z银行收单业务现 状的基础上,对调查数据进行描述性统计分析。描述性统计分析包含相应的因 素与个体工商户入网意愿的交叉分析,初步筛选出影响商户入网意愿的因素。 为了进一步论证各个因素对个体工商户入网意愿有影响以及影响程度的大小和 方向,选取二元Logistic回归进行实证检验。基于上述分析,发现个体工商户 经营者的文化程度、个体工商户赊销情况、个体工商户消费者支付方式、经营 者收款方式、个体工商户已有办理渠道是较为显著的影响因素。因此要提升商 户办理Z银行收单业务的意愿,进而增加业务量、增加市场份额、提高竞争力 的对策建议:第一、费率优化是提升商户办理意愿的主要手段;第二、聚焦商 户服务,提升商户体验;第三、提供多元化的金融服务。 文献中关于个体工商户的研究较少,个体工商户作为商圈内的重要组成部 分,是POS收单业务的重要参与主体,有必要进行研究。本文的创新之处主要 有三个方面:第一、对火车站商圈内的个体工商户进行研究;第二、结合支行 的实际情况,对客户群体进行分类、分层,探索提升优质客户数量和质量的方 法;第三、为与Z银行YJ支行具有相同性质的问题提供借鉴和帮助。 关键词:个体工商户POS收单问卷调查二元Logistic回归客户群体 II Abstract Underthebackgroundof"Internetplus",thepaymentsystemofour countryhaschangedgreatly,especiallythewayofpayment,whichhaspenetrated intoeveryaspectofpeople'slifeandwork.MobilePayment,especiallyPOScardand Qrcodepayment,hasbecomethemainpaymentmethodforconsumers.However, duetothevarietyofpaymentmethods,themanagementcostofthepayeeinthe paymentmarketisstillhigh,andSmartPosandaggregationQrcodepaymenthave comeintobeingunderthedriveofinnovationandcompetition.Especiallysincethe implementationofthebankcardtransactionfeereforminSeptember2016,withthe overallscaleofthepaymentmarket,theblueseamarkethasbecomeacompetitive RedSeamarket.AsachannelofBillCollectionBusiness,banksshowgreat differencesinthewillingnessofmerchantstousethem.Inthisenvironment,this paperstudiesthewillingnessofmerchantstoenterthenetworkforbillcollection business,thispaperanalyzesthemaininfluencingfactorsofindividualindustrialand commercialhouseholds'willingnesstodealwithbillcollectionbusiness. Basedonthetheoryandtheexistingliterature,thepaperselectsthe individualindustrialandcommercialhouseholdsinthebusinesscircleofZhengzhou RailwayStationastheresearchobject,andusesthemethodofquestionnairetocarry outon-the-spotinvestigationonthebusinessofcollectingbillsinthebusinesscircle ofZhengzhourailwaystation,toObtainfirst-handdata,andfullyunderstandthe domesticandforeignreceiptbusinessrelatedresearchandZbankreceiptbusinesson thebasisofdescriptivestatisticalanalysisofsurveydata.Thedescriptivestatistical analysisincludesthecross-analysisoftherelevantfactorsandindividualindustrial andcommercialhouseholds'willingnesstoaccessthenetwork,andthepreliminary screeningoutthefactorsthataffectthewillingnesstoaccessthenetwork.Inorderto furtherdemonstratetheinfluenceofeachfactoronindividualindustrialand commercialhouseholds'willingnesstoenterthenetandthemagnitudeanddirection III oftheinfluencedegree,binaryLogisticregressionwasusedtotest.Basedonthe aboveanalysis,itisfoundthattheeducationalleveloftheself-employed,the situationofcreditsale,thewayofpayment,thewayofcollectionandtheexisting channelsoftheself-employedaresignificantfactors.Therefore,itisnecessaryto improvethewillingnessofmerchantstohandlethereceiptbusinessofzbank,soas toincreasebusinessvolume,increasemarketshareandenhancecompetitiveness Second,focusonbusinessservicestoenhancethebusinessexperience,third,to providediversifiedfinancialservices.
