建议。 依据江西A设计院自身单位特点比如单位发展的战略目标与方向、现有绩效 管理模块、组织构架、部门与职能设置、员工满意度等多方面,设计更加合理有 效的绩效与绩

competitive power lies in the human resource. In the management of human resource, the performance along with its management plays the key role. For quite a
long time, due to certain historical reasons, the performance management and the salary system in state-owned designing companies are quite similar to the
ones in traditional state-owned institutions which is not healthy for these designing companies to adapt the modern enterprise management and cope with the
fierce market competition nowadays. This essay analyses domestic and international research in the relative field based on the discourse of the fundamental
concept of the performance management and its application process. By applying different methods such as the literature research, the questionnaire and the
in-depth interview, this article diagnoses and determines the problems existing among the management, the salary system and the performance management of one
Jiangxi Institute of Design. Compared with the experience and enlightenment that one Institution of Design in Shandong Province has offered, this study is
able to provide Jiangxi Institution of Design with both the scientifically effective optimization plan of the performance management and the practical
suggestion of how to implement the plan positively. One company should design a reasonable appraisal system in accordance with its many own traits such as
its strategical goals and orientation, the existing performance management modules, the employees satisfaction, the structure of department as well as the
function. Only by doing so could a company guarantee a path to the sustainable development. This essay has highly valuable merits that are attention worthy
for Jiangxi Institution of Design when dealing with the daily performance management and actual implementation of its optimization and innovation plan.。。。
