i 摘要 企业文化管理是顺应“以人为本”的趋势而产生的一种新的管理理论。企业文化 的核心问题就是不断将企业文化的内部核心层、中间制度层、
外部符合层不断内化, 形成企业成员发自内心的,共同拥有的价值观。企业文化居于企业中的主导地位,一 般是管理者所倡导的文化。与之相适应的,企业亚文化在企业当中不
占据主导地位, 是一种非主流的文化。企业文化与企业亚文化共同存在,相伴相生。当前我国存在亚 文化管理的相应问题,理论界对亚文化研究不足,实际经营管理实践当中管
理者也经 常忽略亚文化甚至对亚文化的存在与发展置之不理,或者采用更加极端的方式进行打 击。而种种这些对企业亚文化不当的处理方式最终会导致企业运营效率的下降。所
以 经营管理者对企业文化重点管理的同时,对企业亚文化进行重新梳理,重视其客观存 在性,慎重对亚文化进行管理,是当前以及未来企业运营发展的一个核心环节。 在绪论中
,对本文的选题、背景以及意义进行了相应的论述,并提出了文章的主 要研究方法,研究框架以及思路。正文对企业亚文化的概念,地位以及作用进行了简 要的论述,本文以润
华集团子公司日产金龙为例,首先简述了集团公司所倡导的企业 文化,并通过调查问卷、访谈法、观察法,实地研究企业亚文化,得出日产金龙当前 存在的主要亚文化类型,探
讨企业亚文化管理在日常企业管理工作中的积极作用,并 警惕企业亚文化的消极作用,使得企业文化建设良性推进。针对亚文化现状,提出了 亚文化管理的重点与方法。同时在
实践过程中,对集团内其他子公司的亚文化管理提 供示范模板作用,促进各店结合实际情况进行企业文化的管理,促进企业的良性发展。 关键词:润华日产金龙公司;企业文化
