在世界经济高速发展的背景下,随之而来的能源危机与环境问题也日渐突 出,全球能源结构发生了前所未有的变化,由传统的化石能源转变为可再生 能源 的开发与应用。经过数十年的发展,我国光伏产品产量得到了较大规模的提升, 光伏企业数量也在急速增加,但由于相关技术与产品过于依赖国外市场,加之国 际市场需求 的萎缩,使得国内光伏产业的发展也受到了严重冲击。A光伏公司是 新型光伏发电设备生产企业的优秀代表,相较其他企业其发展优势突出,在未来 激烈的竞争中要想有所收获, 必须尽快找出当前存在的问题,及时找到解决对策。 鉴于此,通过运用文献查阅、逻辑分析、实证分析等方法,结合企业战略相 关理论,本文得出的主要研究内容有:借助PEST 分析、波特五力模型分析,了 解A光伏公司所处的外部环境,并使用外部因素评价方法对外部环境进行评价; 分析了A光伏公司内部环境概况,并利用内部因素评价方法,明确公 司内部的 优势与劣势;利用SWOT分析方法,明确A光伏公司发展战略备选方案,从中 选取成本领先战略作为公司的主要战略,细化公司发展战略的实施路径与战略控 制事项;在 此基础上,从优化组织结构,打造企业文化,加强人力资源管理,坚 持技术创新,加强品牌塑造五个方面,提出A光伏公司发展战略的实施保障, 为战略实施奠定良好基础。本研 究可以为企业战略制定作参考并提供理论借鉴, 为A光伏公司的经营管理提供现实基础、决策建议、经营指导等。 关键词:企业战略;战略管理;光伏产业;太阳能 江苏大学工 商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 II ABSTRACT In the context of the rapid development of the world economy, the ensuing energy crisis and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. The global energy structure has undergone unprecedented changes, from the traditional fossil energy to the development and application of renewable energy. After decades of development, the output of China's photovoltaic products has been greatly improved, and the number of photovoltaic enterprises has also increased rapidly. However, due to the dependence of related technologies and products on foreign markets, and the shrinking demand in the international market, the domestic photovoltaic industry has become Development has also been severely affected.
