能源 的开发与应用。经过数十年的发展,我国光伏产品产量得到了较大规模的提升, 光伏企业数量也在急速增加,但由于相关技术与产品过于依赖国外市场,加之国 际市场需求
的萎缩,使得国内光伏产业的发展也受到了严重冲击。A光伏公司是 新型光伏发电设备生产企业的优秀代表,相较其他企业其发展优势突出,在未来 激烈的竞争中要想有所收获,
必须尽快找出当前存在的问题,及时找到解决对策。 鉴于此,通过运用文献查阅、逻辑分析、实证分析等方法,结合企业战略相 关理论,本文得出的主要研究内容有:借助PEST
分析、波特五力模型分析,了 解A光伏公司所处的外部环境,并使用外部因素评价方法对外部环境进行评价; 分析了A光伏公司内部环境概况,并利用内部因素评价方法,明确公
司内部的 优势与劣势;利用SWOT分析方法,明确A光伏公司发展战略备选方案,从中 选取成本领先战略作为公司的主要战略,细化公司发展战略的实施路径与战略控 制事项;在
此基础上,从优化组织结构,打造企业文化,加强人力资源管理,坚 持技术创新,加强品牌塑造五个方面,提出A光伏公司发展战略的实施保障, 为战略实施奠定良好基础。本研
