摘要
我国光伏产业近年来快速崛起。2015 年初,中国已经成为全世界范围内光伏发电装机
容量最大的国家。目前,我国已有近五百家光伏类企业和组件制造企业,未来还会有更多
的企业进入到光伏产业中。随着光伏企业数量的不断增多,行业内企业间的竞争日趋激烈

在此情境下,顺应光伏产业的发展需求,构建产业内企业战略联盟,促进企业走向合作竞
争的轨道,不仅可以发挥战略联盟的集聚效应,更能够稳定光伏产业的竞争格局,提升我
国光伏产业国际竞争力

与生物界种群间的相互依赖关系相类似,企业间的生存与发展也具有相互依赖性。在
行业处于不断发展变化的过程中,企业应该像生物种群那样协同进化。而企业战略联盟正
是这样一种新型的合作竞争组织模式,它强调企业各方在竞争合作中实现合理分工、资源
互补和功能协同,并在共同的成长过程中共享学习机会和经验曲线效应,促进联盟内企业
核心能力及联盟整体竞争实力的提升。生态学理论及仿生学方法,为企业战略联盟的研究
提供了新的思维方式,借助生态学思维方式来考察战略联盟的生态链及联盟构建的原理,
是本文的研究旨向所在

本文对企业战略联盟的理论进行生态价值分析,结合企业生态链的相关理论,以生态
学的思维对企业战略联盟进行分析,讨论生态链下的企业战略联盟的结构形式并建立联盟
共生体系。以光伏企业组为案例对象对我国光伏企业的目前状况进行分析,进而指出我国
光伏企业进行战略联盟的必要性和可行性。随后结合生态链原理,以生态价值思维对我国
光伏企业的现状及构建战略联盟所遇到的问题进行梳理,得出战略联盟在光伏企业中的应
用具有普遍性、规律性的特征。通过当前的分析构建企业战略联盟的框架图,从企业内外
部环境、战略模式选择、战略伙伴选择、利益分配原则、信任建立机制五个方面详细论述
我国光伏企业战略联盟构建的要点,为我国光伏企业构建战略联盟提供理论基础。最后利
用模糊理论分析企业战略联盟的评价原理,从产业环境、企业本身、联盟伙伴和信任机制
四个维度评价战略联盟,指出我国光伏企业要想实现战略联盟绩效优化,需对影响因素合
理分析、寻找,有针对性的进行因素完善。为光伏企业构建企业战略联盟提供可借鉴的经
验,从而实现我国光伏企业竞争力提升的最终目的

Abstract
Our PV industry the rapid rise in recent years.2015 earlier, photovoltaic power generation
China has become the world&39;s largest country. At present, China has nearly 500 photovoltaic
companies and components manufacturers, will have in the future more and more enterprises into
the photovoltaic industry. As the number of PV enterprises increased competition between
enterprises in the industry. In this context, conform to the development of the photovoltaic
industry needs to build strategic alliances within the industry to promote enterprises to cooperate
and compete on the track, can not only play a strategic alliance of agglomeration effects, more
stable PV industry competition, enhancing the international competitiveness of PV industry in
China.
And on the relationships between biological species is similar to enterprise&39;s survival and
development are mutually dependent. Is in the process of evolving in the industry, enterprises
should together as species evolve. Strategic Alliance is the new model of cooperative and
competitive organization, it stressed that the parties in the competition and cooperation to achieve
a reasonable division of labor, resources and functions that work together, and sharing in the
common growing opportunities for learning and experience curve effects, promote enterprise&39;s
core competence within the Union and the promotion of overall competition strength of the
League. Ecology and bio-method for research on enterprise strategic alliance offers new ways of
thinking, thinking to explore strategic alliances with ecology ecological chain and the principle of
Union building, is the purpose of this paper.
This ecological value analysis of enterprise strategic alliance theory, combining ecological
theory of chain, with ecological thinking to analyze the strategic alliance to discuss the ecological
chain of enterprise strategic alliance structures and alliances of the symbiotic system. PV group is
a case to analyze the current status of PV industry in China, and pointed out that solar PV
feasibility and necessity of strategic alliance of enterprises in our country. Then eco-chain
principle to thinking on the ecological value of PV industry in our country situation and sort out
the problems encountered in building strategic alliances, that strategic alliances in photovoltaic
applications in the enterprise is universal and regular features. Through the analysis of the current
framework of enterprise strategic alliances, from internal and external environment, strategic
mode selection, selection of strategic partners, and interest distribution principles,
confidence-building mechanism in five aspects in detail our PV enterprises strategic alliance
building, theoretical foundation for the photovoltaic building strategic alliances. Final analysis of
enterprise strategic alliance based on fuzzy theory evaluation principles from the industry and the
enterprise itself, coalition partners and evaluation of strategic alliance of the four dimensions of
trust mechanism, pointed out that China&39;s PV enterprises in order to achieve strategic alliance
performance optimization analysis on influence factors of reasonable requirements, look for, have
targeted for improvement. For PV companies to build strategic alliances to provide experience to
draw upon, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of PV enterprises competitiveness in China.
