零售业是向最终消费者个人或社会集团出售生活消费品及相关服务的商品 销售行业,而实体连锁超市是零售行业的重要组成部分。自从中国改革开放
以来, 人民生活水平不断提高,零售行业的发展速度迅猛。家乐福、沃尔玛、永辉等大 型超市不断的在各地扩展市场,加上互联网的快速发展,电商行业也不断壮大做 强,抢占
各地市场份额,使得各地的本土超市面临前所未有的双重竞争,生存压 力日益剧增。面对市场环境错综复杂的形式,大多实体连锁超市开始谋求转型发 展,以应对超市行业日益
竞争激烈的环境。 Q连锁超市成立于2003年,是贵州省Z市本土发展起来连锁超市,在17年 的发展经营中,迎来了市场机会的同时,也面临着错综复杂的竞争环境。随着
后 期永辉、星力等大型零售企业相继进入Z市,以及天猫超市、苏宁超市、京东超 .市等电商巨头线上的发展扩张,对Z市零售市场冲击较大,Q连锁超市的销售收 入、利润等
出现下滑。在新环境变化下,Q连锁超市要怎样去发展,应对激烈的 i市场竞争,是急需解决的问题。本研究的目的在于为Q连锁超市设计合适的竞争 战略,帮助该公司应对激
烈的竞争和挑战,提升自我竞争力,不断的发展壮大。 本文首先综合运用了波特五力模型、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法等研究方法 对Q连锁超市面临的内外部环境进行全
面的分析,为其选择合适的战略方向。其 次本文设计了三个备选竞争战略方案,通过使用定量战略计划QSPM矩阵方法, 由专家进行对方案分析和打分,最终通过得分综合分
析比较,选择差异化战略作 为Q连锁超市竞争战略。最后提出了差异化战略的实施措施:Q连锁超市在经营 中要不断的创新打造自身独特营销方式,注重超市品牌宣传和电商平
台的开发; 大力提升超市人员服务质量,打造自有品牌商品。最后制定实施差异化战略的保 障措施,来落实好差异化战略。本研宄也是补充了互联网时代下中小城市零售行 业的

mbothsides,anditsthepressureofsurvivalis increasingdaybyday.Inthefaceofthecompl
exmarketenvironment,mostofthe entitychainsupermarketsbegantoseektransformationa
nddevelopmenttocopewith theincreasinglycompetitiveenvironmentofthesupermarketin
dustry. Qchainsupermarket,foundedin2003,isalocalchainsupermarketinZCity, Guizho
uProvince.Inthe17yearsofdevelopmentandoperation,ithasusheredin marketopportunit
ies,butalsofacesacomplexcompetitiveenvironment.Withthelater large-scaleretailen
terprisessuchasYonghuiandHelienteringZcityoneafter another,aswellasthedevelopme
ntandexpansionofTmallsupermarket,Suning supermarket,Jingdongsupermarketandother
e-commercegiantsonline,theimpact onZcity'sretailmarketisgreater.Qchainsupermark
et'ssalesrevenue,profitand otherdecline,resultinginpoorcashflowsituation.Undert
henewenvironment,how todevelopQchainsupermarketandhowtodealwiththemarketcompeti
tionisan urgentproblem.Therefore,thepurposeofthispaperistodesignasuitablecompet
ition strategyforQchainsupermarket,helpthecompanytocopewiththefierce competitio
nandchallenges,improveitsselfcompetitiveness,andcontinuetogrow. Firstly,thispap
ercomprehensivelyusesPorter'sfiveforcesmodel,PEST analysis,SWOTanalysisandother
researchmethodstoanalyzetheinternaland externalenvironmentofQchainsupermarketan
dchoosetheappropriatestrategic directionforit;Secondly,thispaperdesignsthreealt
ernativecompetitivestrategies. ByusingQSPMmatrixmethodofquantitativestrategicpl
an,expertsanalyzeand gradetheschemes.Finally,throughscoreanalysisandcomparison,
differentiation strategyisselectedasthecompetitivestrategyofQchainsupermarket.F
