堆焊是一种工艺,其过程主要是将一层耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐热的金属熔敷于工 件的表面或者边缘,从而提高工件的表面硬度和强度。堆焊工艺具有很大的经济 效益,因为它可以提高工件的使用寿命和使用性能,循环利用,降低工件成本。 而将药芯焊丝作为堆焊面的堆焊工艺和其他硬面堆焊工艺相比有很多不可比拟 的优势。在我国近几年堆焊行业的发展中,药芯焊丝的应用虽然也有所发展,但 是相比于国外的技术水平和发展速度,却还是远远不够的。如果能够推动这种发 展,将药芯焊丝以及其堆焊工艺更广泛地应用于冶金、电力、工程机械、铁路、 农业、石油以及铸造等行业中,将会获取更大的经济效益和社会效益。 目前国内虽然存在众多从事耐磨材料生产及堆焊工艺的企业,但因为没有一 定的行业标准,所以企业间水平良莠不齐,行业内部鱼目混杂。国内几家具有一 定规模的公司虽具备一定的实力,但其制造及堆焊中心也主要集中于北京、东北 等地区,客户要花费昂贵的往返运输费用和较长的加工周期去北京、东北等地堆 焊耐磨材料,极大地提高了生产成本,造成资金的浪费,且丧失了市场机遇。因 此,在西北地区建立专门服务于西北各行业的耐磨材料堆焊中心是大势所趋,并 有着良好的市场前景。将更加专业的耐磨材料堆焊技术引进西北市场,不仅对于 兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司来说是一个巨大的市场机遇以及宝贵资源,而且对 于西北地区各个需要耐磨材料堆焊的行业来说,也意味着可以用更低的成本获取 更多的市场,对于其在全国范围内的行业竞争都有着极大的优势,也更有利于西 北地区宏观经济的运行。 本报告在此基础上针对兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司和英国 WA(WELDING ALLOYS GROUP)公司在合作建立西北地区耐磨堆焊合资项目的可行上进行分析。 此项目具体合作形式主要是由英国 WA 公司以堆焊技术和设备入股,与兰州海泰 克公司进行合资,主要的运营方式是兰州海泰克公司从英国 WA 公司购进以原装 进口药芯焊丝为主的耐磨材料并通过 WA 公司入股的自动化的堆焊设备进行工件 的堆焊制作,以供应西北市场对堆焊工件的需求。 报告将从介绍合资项目双方企业入手,分析此项目的背景和目标,然后报告 将分析此合资项目宏观环境以及项目的技术环境和技术特性,并分析项目在西北II 地区的市场需求,项目的运营,包括项目的合作方式、产品与技术合作方案、市 场运营规划等等,最重要的一部分就是,报告将通过企业投资规模、重要的财务 指标等分析合资项目的经济效益和风险情况。最后,给出可行性研究的结论和项 目实施的建议等。 通过上述分析,报告将确定关于兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司与英国 WA 公 司关于耐磨材料堆焊的合资项目的可行性的基本结论,报告的研究对公司的发展 具有实际的操作与指导意义。 关键词:耐磨材料堆焊,合资项目,可行性研究III AFeasibility Study on the Joint-investment Project of Wear-resistant Material’s Overlaying Welding for Lanzhou Hitech Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. Abstract Overlaying welding is an industrial process, where a layer of wear-resistant, erosion and heat proof metal is melted and welded on the surface or the side of the work-piece to strengthen the surface hardness and resistance. The technique of overlaying welding has thus a great economical potential, because it can improve the work-piece’s utilization life and its application characteristics, while realizing recycling usage as well as reducing the cost. At the same time, in comparison with other hard-surface overlaying, the overlaying welding with the flux-cored welding surface has incomparable advantages. In the recent years’ development of the overlaying welding industry in China, although the flux-cored welding has seen substantial progress, it is still far less advanced in regard to technical level and development speed in foreign countries. If this technique can be promoted, where the flux-cored and overlaying welding can be widely applied into the industries of metallurgy, electricity, engineering equipment, railway, agriculture, petrol and molding, this will certainly bring about more significant economical and social benefits. At present, although there are a great number of enterprises in the field of wear-resistant and overlaying welding, because of the lack of unified industrial standard, these enterprises are not working at the same level, where some are performing well, while some others just taking advantage of the situation. In China, the few enterprises of scale have almost all concentrated their fabrication and overlaying welding centers in Beijing and the north-eastern provinces, which means that the customers will spend a heavy amount on the go-and-return transport and a long repairing period to have the pieces overlaying welded in Beijing and the north-eastern provinces. This has not only increased the production cost, but hasIV caused capital waste and missed the market opportunity as well. As a result, the construction of a wear-resistant overlaying welding center is becoming a development possibility with sound market potential. The introduction of more professional wear-resistant overlaying welding technology into the northwestern market is not only a great market opportunity and precious resource, but also an opportunity for the industries in the need of this technology, which means lowered cost for more market share, and more benefits on the macro-economical development of the northwestern China. Against this background, this thesis conducts a feasibility research on the joint-investment project of wear-resistant overlaying welding between Lanzhou Hitech Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. and Welding Alloys Group of the United Kingdom. The cooperation of this project is that, the Welding Alloys Group will invest by wear-resistant overlaying welding technology and equipment to create a joint venture with Lanzhou Hitech. The operation will be realized by Lanzhou Hitech’s purchasing of wear-resistant material, with the flux-cored welding material as the main importation, to conduct overlaying welding, with the automatic overlaying welding equipment, for the demand of such welding in the northwestern China. The thesis will begin with the presentation of the cooperating parties, to analyze the background and objectives of the project. Then the thesis will conduct relative analyses on the macro and technological environment as well as technical characteristics, followed by the analyses on the market demand, the project operation, the cooperation mode, the action plan for products and technical cooperation as well as marketing plan. The most important part is that, by analyses of joint-venture’s scale and key financial indicators, the thesis will evaluate the economical benefits and risks of the project. Finally, the thesis will conclude with the feasibility result and the suggestions for the project’s implementation. By the above analyses, the thesis will determine the feasibility of the joint-investment project of wear-resistant overlaying welding between Lanzhou Hitech Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. and Welding Alloys Group of the United Kingdom. The study will provide practical operation and management references for the company’s development.
