精益六西格玛管理作为先进管理系统获得了世界的广泛认可。本文首先介绍了精 益六西格玛管理的理论体系和发展情况,并结合国内和国外对精益六西格玛项目管理 的研究发展以及现状,全面阐述了精益六西格玛在项目管理中的理论和应用情况,并 论述了将精益六西格玛运用在项目管理中的优势以及实践价值,尤其是精益六西格玛 在项目管理过程中的有效运用,能够有效提高企业管理效率效益,优化项目流程,降 低项目成本,缩短项目周期,提高项目质量。 本论文以 SBD 公司为研究对象,分析了电网工程建设流程的特点,以及公司所处 行业的现状,提出在电网工程建设领域实施精益六西格玛管理的意义,结合电网工程 建设过程,在工程项目安全管理链条中应用精益六西格玛项目管理进行优化,通过精 益六西格玛 DMAIC 优化项目管理流程,提高企业项目安全生产管理水平,并通过其在 项目安全生产中的具体运作方式论证了实施的可行性。全文还重点就 SBD 公司基于精 益六西格玛项目管理在安全生产管理应用中的项目评估、流程管理、绩效管理做了研 究分析。最后,文章基于精益六西格玛管理理论对安全生产管理进行优化的基础上, 对其未来在项目管理中的创新应用作了展望。 关键词,精益六西格玛;安全管理;DMAIC;流程优化III Abstract Lean Six Sigma management has been widely recognized in the world as an advanced management system. Starting from the definition of Lean Six Sigma project management and combining the latest research status of the latest Lean Six Sigma project management at home and abroad, this paper systematically expounds the definition of Lean Six Sigma, the definition and application of Lean Six Sigma project management. Combined with the Lean Six Sigma project management characteristics, this paper discusses the advantages of Lean Six Sigma project management and its application value in practice, especially the effect of Lean Six Sigma project on improving enterprise management efficiency, reducing project cost, shortening project cycle and improving project quality. In this paper, taking SBD company as the research object, analyzes the characteristics of the construction process of power grid engineering and the status of the industry in the company, and puts forward the significance of implementing the Six Sigma Management in the field of power grid engineering construction, and applies the Lean Six Sigma in the chain of engineering project management chain and the construction management chain with the construction process of the power grid engineering. Management analysis and optimization, through the construction of project management DMAIC management method for enterprise Lean Six Sigma project to lay a solid foundation of improving the management level of enterprise project safety production,demonstrate the feasibility of implementation through its specific operation mode in project safety production. The paper also focuses on the research and analysis of project evaluation, process management and performance management in the application of Lean Six Sigma project management in safety production management of SBD company. Finally, based on the Lean Six Sigma management theory, this paper optimizes the production safety management, and prospects its innovative application in project management in the future.
