进入 21 世纪以来,随着国家的影视行业不断地蓬勃发展,国家政府对影视传媒人 才的培养更是给予了高度的重视。显而易见,影视行业的发展离不开专业的人才,而专 业人才的培养又离不开高校。而近年来,针对影视产业快速发展的需要,全国众多高等 院校如雨后春笋般的开设或拓展了影视相关专业。 随着这些专业学科的开设,相关的问题也就随之而来了。这些院校所开设的专业大 部分存在学科建设不完善;相关硬件配备不足;专业教师水平良莠不齐。在这样的教育 水平前提下,所培养出来的学生的专业能力,不言而喻,也会受到质疑。虽然一些院校 都在针对自己的实际条件,进行相应的变革,从根本上寻求解决的方法。但是依然有很 大一部分院校依然使用着陈旧的教学理念,与落后的教学手段在乐此不疲的“培育人 才”。 本文是根据笔者在伊犁师范学院支教工作期间,针对广播电视专业进行联合创作课 程试行应用的实践过程,对新疆伊犁师范学院广播电视专业开设联合创作课程的可行性 进行研究分析。力图通过联合创作课程,对学院的学科建设起到一些改变的作用。虽然 依靠一门课程是无法改变现有的教学模式,因为冰冻三尺非一日之寒,想要对传统的教 学模式进行变革需要一步步的研究与探索。但是联合创作课程确是改变学校传统教学模 式的一个很好的切入点,笔者认为在新疆伊犁师范学院试行联合创作课程是否具有可行 性,是为伊犁师范学院广播电视专业的教学改革起到了了一个良好的开端。 关键词,联合创作课程;影视传媒人才;教学模式;可行性II Abstract Enter since twenty-first Century, with the country's film industry continue to flourish, the national government on television media personnel training is to give a high degree of attention.
