随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,大多数家庭都开始注重体育 锻炼,而家长们也都认为孩子应该从小养成锻炼身体的好习惯,为终 身体育打下基础。在欧美国家非常流行的网球运动在我国也渐渐被国 人熟知起来,网球作为一项有氧和无氧交替的运动,可以最大限度的 使锻炼身体的人得到不同层面的满足:可以健身、减肥、增强睡眠、 交友等等。网球运动不仅有利于促进学生的身体健康、心理健康,还 有利于提高他们的学习意识、竞争意识。但是标准网球的球拍和球的 重量相对于 6-12 岁的小孩子来说还是偏重,容易造成运动损伤。为 了能更早的让小孩子接触并练习网球,上世纪 70 年代末短式网球在 瑞典诞生,1996 年进入我国,在国家体育总局网球管理中心的号召 下,经过四年的发展,短式网球进入了中小学体育课程大纲,列入到 九年义务教育体育课的基本课程中。近年来中小学课程改革力度不断 加大,为了提升小学体育教育的有效性和针对性,必须转变观念,深 化改革。短式网球兼具教育性、竞技性、娱乐性等特点,增强小孩子 参加体育运动的积极性,丰富体育课堂教学,同时也能让小孩子掌握 初步的网球技术。 本研究从短式网球的特点出发,对温州市小学开展短式网球运动 的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,温州市小学开展短式网球虽然还处 于起步探索阶段,但是所具备的条件均利于在小学开展短式网球运 动。1:温州市有雄厚的经济基础,有社会力量办体育的政策大环境 优势,网球的氛围越来越好。2:温州校外教练团队和校内体育教师 师资力量、学校的场地设施能够保障。3:龙湾一小的成功案例,可 作为借鉴和学习的样本。 通过向已开展短式网球的小学借鉴经验,以点带面,向全市的小 学推广和普及,增强温州市网球人才储备,为温州网球的腾飞打下坚 实的基础。 关键词:短式网球,小学,体育教育,可行性III ABSTRACT With the continuous improvement of people's living standards in China, most families begin to pay attention to physical exercise, and parents also believe that children should develop the good habit of physical exercise from an early age, to lay the foundation for lifelong sports. In Europe and the United States, the very popular tennis game in China is also gradually known by the people, tennis as an aerobic and anaerobic alternative movement, can maximize the exercise of the people get different levels of satisfaction: fitness, weight loss, enhance sleep, make friends and so on. Tennis is not only conducive to the promotion of students' physical health, mental health, but also conducive to improving their sense of learning, the sense of competition. However, the weight of standard tennis rackets and balls is still relatively heavy compared with 6-12 year old children, which is likely to cause sports injuries. Earlier in order to let the child contact and practicing tennis, tennis was born in Sweden, in the late 1970 s short form into our country in 1996, under the call of the state general administration of sports tennis management center, after four years of development, short form of tennis into the elementary and middle schools sports curriculum, in the nine years compulsory education physical education in the basic courses. In recent years, the curriculum reform of primary and secondary schools has been FEASIBILITY STUDY ON DEVELOPING SHORT TENNIS IN WENZHOU ELEMENTARY SCHOOLIV increasingly intensified. In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of primary physical education, we must change our ideas and deepen the reform. Short tennis is both educational, competitive, recreational and other characteristics, to enhance the enthusiasm of children to participate in sports, rich sports classroom teaching, but also to allow children to master the preliminary tennis skills. Based on the characteristics of short tennis, this paper studies the feasibility of short tennis in wenzhou primary schools. The results show that the development of short tennis in wenzhou primary schools is still in the initial stage of exploration, but the conditions are conducive to the development of short tennis in primary schools. 1. Wenzhou has a solid economic foundation and the policy advantage of running sports with social forces. The atmosphere of tennis is getting better and better. 2. Wenzhou off-campus coach team, on-campus physical education teachers, and school facilities can be guaranteed. 3. The successful case of longwan small can be used as a model for reference and learning.
