摘要 XN物流中心是由G市物流行业协会牵头G市十数家物流企业及D公司 共同出资建设的现代区域性物流产业项目。项目的宗旨,一是为与投资主体 有长年合作关系的大型企业定制“在西南地区的物流总部基地;二是为中小 型企业提供辐射西南地区的零担服务。 本文首先回顾了国内外关于区域物流中心和实业项目投资可行性分析的 相关理论成果,并对相关研究进行了简单的评价。接着从宏观和微观的角度 分析了市场对物流产业的需求,并在此基础上论证了本项目建设的必要性, 提出了本项目的定位对策。然后文章介绍了成都市主要的物流集中发展区, 并详细分析了各个物流集中发展区的特点与优势、劣势,最终确定项目选址 地为成都市新都物流中心。接着详细介绍了项目背景和项目的主体建设内容, 即:1、20家以上规模以上工商企业西南地区第三方物流总部基地;2、千家 以上第三方物流公司主要业务经营场所;3、公铁货物联运枢纽。文章最后对 项目的投资进行了估算,并简要进行了经济与社会效益评价;对可能出现的 各种风险进行了分析。 关键词:物流区域物流可行性研究 Abstract Abstract XN logistics center is a modern regional logistics industry project which jointly funded and constructed by the G city's logistics enterprises and D Company. The main purposes of it are customing the logistics headquarters base in the Southwest for large enterprises and providing the LTL service of the southwest region of the radiation for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper first reviews the theoretical research on the investment feasibility analysis of regional logistics center and Industrial project at home and abroad, and makes a simple evaluation on related research. Then from the point of view of the project needs to demonstrate the necessity of the construction of the project,the article introduces the main Logistics Development Zone in Chengdu. It studies their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages and finally chooses the Xindu Logistics Center as the project site. The main construction contents of the project: Firstly, the base of third-party logistics which is for more than 20 above-scale industrial and commercial enterprises in the southwest region. Secondly, tiie main business place of more than one thousand third-party logistics companies. Thirdly, the freight transport hub united by the railway and highway. In the end of the article, I estimate the investment of this project, and make a brief benefit evaluation, then I analysis of the various risks that may occur on the line.
