I 摘要 大数据是一种资源、一种技术、一种工具,更是一种理念上的创新和突破, 它为企业带来一种新的战略资源和核心能力。商业模式创新作为一种涉及企业资 源、能力、流程等多种要素的系统性创新,其创新必然受到大数据介入的影响, 大数据为企业创造和传递价值、获取价值提供了新的视角和方式。物流产业作为 复合型的服务业,通过产业关联效应等影响经济增长和产业结构。作为物流产业 构成主体的物流企业,运用大数据进行商业模式创新是该领域研究的对象化新课 题。 本文在大数据、商业模式及其创新等相关理论的基础上,研究大数据与物流 企业商业模式创新。采用扎根理论方法,以物流企业为研究对象,基于 93 篇物流 企业运用大数据的学术文献,提炼出大数据应用 3 个主范畴及其 63 个初始概念, 抽象出商业模式 2 个顶层要素(价值创造与传递和价值获取)及其 6 个子要素(关 键活动与资源、价值网络、经营模式、收入模式、成本结构和资源配置)。从商 业模式构成要素创新视角出发,构建基于大数据的物流企业商业模式要素概念模 型,明晰大数据通过大数据分析、大数据预测和大数据驱动引发商业模式各构成 要素的变革与创新,引发物流企业商业模式创新的内在逻辑。利用 Pearson 相关系 数,分析大数据与物流企业商业模式各个构成要素的相关性,据此给出基于大数 据的价值创造与传递和价值获取创新路径。 关键词,大数据;物流企业;商业模式创新;扎根理论Abstract II Abstract Big data is a kind of resource, a technology, a tool, and it is a kind of innovation and breakthrough in concept. It brings a new strategic resource and core competence to the enterprise. The sustainable competitive advantage of logistics companies depends on the dynamic innovation of their business models. The innovation of business model is a systematic innovation involving multiple elements of enterprise resources, capabilities, processes, etc. Its innovation is bound to be affected by the involvement of elements such as big data. Big data provides a new perspective and way for logistics companies to create and deliver value and gain value. As a complex service industry, the logistics industry affects economic growth and industrial structure through industrial correlation effects. As a logistics enterprise that is the main body of the logistics industry, the innovation of business model based on big data is a new subject of research in this field. Based on relevant theories of big data, business models and innovation, explore the innovation of logistics enterprises based on big data. Using the grounded theory approach, taking logistics companies as research objects.Based on 93 academic papers on the use of big data by logistics companies, refining the three main categories of big data applications and their 63 initial concepts; abstracting two top-level elements of the business model(value of creation and delivery and value of acquisition) and its six sub-elements(key activities and resources, value of networks, business models, revenue models, structures cost, and allocation of resource). From the perspective of the innovation of business model components, building a business model innovation model for logistics enterprises based on big data. That is, big data triggers the transformation and innovation of various components of the business model through big data analysis, big data forecasting, and big data driving, leading the innovation of business model of logistics enterprises. Using the Pearson correlation coefficient, analyze the relevance of big data to the various components of the logistics business model.According to this moment, the innovation path of value creation and transmission and value acquisition based on big data is drawn.
