中国正兴起波澜壮阔的改革和复兴,随着电子商务,移动互联网应用的兴起,传统
的商业模式正在经历空前的变革,这当中面临的挑战是前所未有的,面临的机会也是史
无前例的。层出不穷的新技术不断推动着各行各业的发展和创新,物流服务业也是如此。
第三方物流企业作为服务提供商,面对此种变化如何调整自己的运作模式,跟上时代的
发展,配合商家商业模式的变化的同时满足客户的终极需求,是摆在我们面前相当现实
的课题。
信息技术的发展是第三方物流企业出现的必要条件,信息技术实现了数据高效、准
确的传递,提高了订单处理、仓库管理、配送发运等一系列物流活动的自动化水平,使
企业与物流企业之间的交流和协作更方便。信息技术的应用可以涵盖物流作业的方方面
面,高科技、新技术的运用无疑会带来运作上的便利,但同时也会增加企业的运营成本。
本文结合第三方物流公司目前的运作特点,侧重于如何合理应用现有的仓库管理系统,
运输管理系统,通过流程上的思考和设计,为客户量身定做经济适用的物流解决方案。
本文主要分为五个部分:第一部分绪论介绍了本文的研究背景和研究方法;第二部
分通过对主要相关研究文献的整理,对配送中心的发展与现状进行了回顾;第三部分就第
三方物流企业如何依托信息系统设计运作流程,管理日常运作进行了简单的描述;第四
部分针对第三方物流企业目前面临的挑战提出问题,实例分析第三方物流企业(L公司)
面对大型电子商务企业(T公司)提出的物流实施要求时,如何设计整体操作流程,给
出合理的解决方案;第五部分为文章研究结论与展望。
本文旨在针对第三方物流企业遇到新的运作要求时,如何灵活运用信息管理系统给
出合理且经济的解决方案,并对以此方案为基础构建的物流作业流程加以实证。希望能为
第三方物流企业在面对新项目实施时提供一些切实有益的参考和应对方案。

Abstract
China is during magnificent reform and revival. The traditional business model is undergoing
unforeseen change because the rise of e-commerce and mobile internet application. Challenge
which faces unprecedented, and also opportunities facing is unprecedented. Endless stream of
new technologies push the enterprise development and innovation. A 3PLs (Logistics Service
Providers) company how to adjust their model of operation to keep up with the times, with the
change in the business model of the business while meeting the customer's diversified needs
are quite a realistic topics in front of us.
The development of information technology is a necessary condition for third-party logistics
enterprises in the information technology to achieve data efficiently and accurately transfer,
improved order processing, automation level of warehouse management, shipping and other
logistics and distribution activities,to enable the communication between enterprises and
logistics enterprises more convenient. Application of information technology can cover all
aspects of logistics operations, the use of high-tech and new technology will undoubtedly
bring convenience operational, but will also increase operating costs. In this paper, I will
focus on how to use the existing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS
(Transportation Management System) and other functional technical toolsets,based on our
current SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) design a rational and affordable logistics
solution which is tailor-made for those e-commerce customers.
This paper aims for when third-party logistics enterprises encounter new operational
requirements, how to utilize information management system works out a reasonable and
economical solution, make sure this solution for logistics processes was constructed based on
evidence. Hope can provide some useful reference and practical solutions for third-party
logistics companies can learn from and get organic growth from this.
