- I - 摘要 2017 年到 2021 年是秦皇岛银行的“二五”规划期。在这一阶段,秦皇岛银行将 面临更大的经营挑战。如何在该关键节点上梳理归纳过往经验,继续发扬银行自身 优势,采取措施缩减短板,值得秦皇岛银行着重思考。本文旨在结合银行业发展现 状分析秦皇岛银行执行的经营发展战略。通过深入研究,在实地调查基础上融合理 论成果,借力系统分析法、图表模型、定性分析法、定量分析法、案例分析法、比 较研究法、实证分析法等,本文详细说明了秦皇岛银行当前所处的内部与外部发展 环境状况,并详述了该行的经营现状与存在的发展问题。据此,进一步结合该行现 阶段实情制定有助于促进该行全面发展的经营战略,助力该行更有力地拓展市场规 模,提高市场经济效益。 本文主要由五部分构成,第一章节为绪论,重在说明论题背景、探究价值、国 内外现有研究成果、主要内容、具体探究思路与方法;第二章是企业发展战略核心 概念和相关理论,主要包括企业发展战略的概念和分类、战略分析的方法和发展战 略选择,介绍了 PEST 分析法、波特五力模型和 SWOT 分析方法,为秦皇岛银行的 后续分析奠定了良好的理论根基;第三章为发展分析,即重点聚焦秦皇岛银行当前 所处的宏观环境、行业环境、内部经营环境,并全面开展 PEST 分析、秦皇岛银行 SWOT 分析和波特五力模型分析;第四章是秦皇岛银行发展战略制定,主要包括战 略目标、总体战略和企业业务单元经营战略;第五章重在说明促进秦皇岛银行平稳 发展的可行性措施,如调整银行组织结构、提高银行的经营运作能力、强化银行创 新力、促进企业文化更新等。 本文立足发展战略视角全方位详述了秦皇岛银行当前的发展实情以及未来发展 趋势,并综合该行内部、外部环境探究,编制契合秦皇岛银行实情的长期发展战略。 为增强建议针对性,本文从团体业务角度、零售业务角度、资金业务角度出发分析 了其长、中、短期发展路径以及主要实施方法。通过波特五力模型、PEST 分析和 SWOT 分析,对其发展战略作详尽的探讨;最后总结秦皇岛银行发展战略的特点, 为其他中小城市商业银行提供建设性意见。 关键词,发展环境;总体战略;业务单元战略;秦皇岛银行燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract From the perspective of development strategy, this article will conduct a detailed analysis and study on the status quo and the future development direction of Qinhuangdao Bank. Based on the internal and external environment analysis of the Qinhuangdao Bank, a development strategy that can provide strong support for the long-term development of the Qinhuangdao Bank will be formulated. Determine the development path and implementation method of the three major sections of group business, retail business and capital business, taking into account the short-term, medium-term and long-term development of the three major sectors. Through Porter's five force model, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, the development strategy is discussed in detail. Finally, the characteristics of Qinhuangdao Bank's development strategy are summarized to provide constructive suggestions for commercial banks in other small and medium-sized cities. The full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly includes the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research content and research methods. The second chapter is the core concepts of the company's development strategy and related theories, which mainly include the concept of enterprise development strategy. The classification, strategic analysis methods and development strategies were selected. The PEST analysis method, Porter's five force model and SWOT analysis method were introduced, which provided a theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis of Qinhuangdao Bank. The third chapter was the development environment analysis, which mainly included Qinhuangdao. For Qinhuangdao Bank, 2017-2021 is about to usher in the second five-year strategic planning period, which is an important period in which major development opportunities and challenges coexist. Standing at the node of the future, Qinhuangdao Bank needs to sum up the past development laws and discard the existing advantages and disadvantages of Qinhuangdao Bank. The purpose of this paper is to study Qinhuangdao Bank's development strategy in the current complex strategic environment.
