- I - 摘要 当前秦皇岛面临着周边港口巨大的竞争压力,作为以煤炭运输为主业的专业化 煤炭港口,秦皇岛港迫切需要在激烈的竞争中取得优势。本文以秦皇岛港为研究对 象,研究设计基于供应链的秦皇岛煤炭物流信息平台,旨在通过信息化手段提高秦 皇岛港核心竞争力,争取客户资源,提高煤炭物流效率,为物流信息平台的建设提 供借鉴。 首先,本文对信息平台和供应链的概念、发展进行了阐述,并简单介绍了广泛 使用的几种现代物流信息技术。其次,本文对秦皇岛港现状进行调研,介绍了秦皇 岛港物流信息平台和业务流程,结合煤炭物流供应链现状,指出当前秦皇岛港物流 信息平台存在的问题,并从供应链角度对煤炭物流供应链节点企业对信息平台的需 求进行分析。再次,本文提出了信息平台设计的原则和目标并对平台建设进行可行 性分析,在需求分析的基础上构建了物流信息平台的业务流程和业务模型,并设计 了信息平台的功能和架构,构建了由门户层、服务支持层、基础层三层结构组成, 包括物流服务、金融服务、信息发布等功能模块组成的信息平台模型。最后,本文 提出了物流信息平台的建设运营模式和信息平台实施的保障措施。 关键字,煤炭;供应链;秦皇岛港;物流信息平台燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract At present, Qinhuangdao port is facing great competitive pressure from surrounding ports. As a specialized coal port whose main business is coal transportation, Qinhuangdao port urgently needs to gain advantages in fierce competition. This paper takes Qinhuangdao port as the research object, studies and designs the Qinhuangdao coal logistics information platform based on the supply chain, aiming to improve the core competitiveness of Qinhuangdao port through information means, strive for customer resources, improve the efficiency of coal logistics, and provide reference for the construction of logistics information platform. Firstly, this paper expounds the concept and development of information platform and supply chain, and briefly introduces several widely used modern logistics information technologies. Secondly, this paper investigated the current situation of Qinhuangdao port, introduced the logistics information platform and business process of Qinhuangdao port, combined with the current situation of coal logistics supply chain, pointed out the existing problems of the logistics information platform of Qinhuangdao port, and analyzed the demand for information platform of coal logistics supply chain node enterprises from the perspective of supply chain. Again, this paper proposes the principles and objectives of information platform design and analyzes the feasibility of the platform construction. The business process and business model of logistics information platform are built on the basis of demand analysis, so does the function and architecture of the information platform. The information platform services financial service information release and other functional modules which consists of three layers: portal layer, service support layer and basic layer. Finally, this paper puts forward the construction and operation mode of logistics information platform and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the information platform.
