矿产资源为人类的生存发展提供了重要的物质基础,钢铁是发展国民经济的基 础原料。近年来,我国市场经济发展迅猛,我国对钢铁的需求量越来越多。应经济 发展的需要,将资源合理的应用至关重要。本研究对汪清县太平岭铁矿开展地质详 查工作,主要目的是查明矿体特征,估算铁矿石资源储量,为矿山划定矿区范围以 及为太平岭铁矿的开发利用提供详实地质依据。同时,对铁矿的开采技术及工程方 案进行了阐述,提出了矿山开采过程中的环境危害及保护措施,阐述了生产过程中 可能遇见的安全问题,并提出了保证安全生产的相关措施。最后,对本项目进行了 经济效益评价,论证了本项目的合理性与可行性。本研究具体得到的结论如下: (1) 首先进行的工作室地质勘查,大体上确定了矿区内地层、构造情况以及岩 浆岩和含矿矽卡岩的整体分布情况。Ⅰ号矿体,平均真厚度 6.70m,控制长 177m, 控制最大斜深 214m,TFe 平均品位 48.80%。共存储了 766 千吨矿石,储存了 492 千吨的经济基础矿石,据此可推测内蕴经济矿石量为 274 千吨,122b 级矿石量占矿 石总量的 64%,该数据可为后续开矿工作提供依据。 (2) 根据工程分析以及环境质量现状调查情况,分析铁矿开采在建设期、开采 运营期以及退役恢复期对周边环境和生态影响程度和范围,并结合国家及地方产业 政策,综合评价铁矿开采可行的可行性,给出明确结论。 (3) 对采矿工程的技术及工程方案进行了计算、设计与分析,同时,阐述了采 矿过程中的环境污染因素以及安全隐患,提出了相关的预防及应对措施。为采矿过 程提供明确的指导,论证了太平岭铁矿开发技术上的可行性。 (4) 矿床初步的技术经济分析,该项目的税前和税后的财务内部收益率分别为 19.70%和 14.10%,均大于行业基准收益率的 10%,税前和税后净现值分别为 1108.79 万元和 542.54 万元,矿山投产后年可创产值 1947 万元,年实现利润 393.70 万元, 同时每年上缴各类税费 426.30 万元,矿床的开发在技术上是可行的,经济上是合理 的。矿山经济效益及开发前景良好。 关键词:太平岭,铁矿开发,采矿方案,可行性研究,经济效益分析VI Abstract Feasibility Study on the Iron Ore Development of Taiping Ridge Mineral resources provide an important material basis for the survival and development of mankind, and steel is the basic material for developing the national economy. With the rapid development of China's market economy, the demand for iron products is increasing. In order to promote and active development of local economy and the resource advantage into economic advantage, this study of Taiping hill pools county iron ore geological detailed investigation work, main purpose is to find out the geological characteristics, estimated reserves of iron ore resources, for mine delimit the development and utilization of iron ore mining area as well as the Taiping ridge provide detailed geological basis. At the same time, for iron ore mining technology and the project plan, put forward the environmental harm and protection measures in the process of mining, this paper expounds the problems may meet in the process of production safety, and puts forward the relevant measures which will guarantee the safety of production. Finally, the economic benefit evaluation of this project is carried out, and the rationality and feasibility of this project are demonstrated. The specific conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Through geological exploration, the distribution of strata, structure, magmatic rocks and skarn in the mining area is basically identified. I control the orebody is 177 m long, control of maximum inclined deep 214 m, average thickness of 6.70 m, TFe grade of 48.80% on average. Exploring quantity of iron ore resources reserves (122 b + 333) of 766000 tons, which control the economic basis of reserves (122 b) capacity of 492000 tons of ore, concluded that the intrinsic economic resources (333) the amount of 333 tons, 122 b grade ore amount accounts for 64% of the total ore, provides the reliable resources for the development and utilization of the mine. (2) According to the engineering analysis and environment quality present situation investigation, analysis of iron ore mining in construction, mining operation period andVII retired recovery degree and range of influence on the surrounding environment and ecology and combined with national and local industrial policy, the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation of iron ore mining is feasible, a clear conclusion (3) Mining engineering technology and engineering solutions for the calculation, design and analysis, at the same time, this paper expounds the hidden dangers for safety and environmental pollution factors in the process of mining, puts forward the relevant prevention and response. It provides clear guidance for mining process and demonstrates the feasibility of the development technology of Taiping ridge. (4) Deposit preliminary technical and economic analysis, the project before tax and tax financial internal rate of return of 19.70% and 14.10% respectively, are greater than the industry benchmark yields 10%, pre-tax and after-tax net present value of 11.0879 million yuan and 5.4254 million yuan respectively, mine production year production value 19.47 million yuan, profit of 3.937 million yuan, at the same time can also be turned over all kinds of taxes and fees for 4.263 million yuan a year, the development of the deposit is technically feasible and economically reasonable. The mining economic benefit and development prospect are good.
