井网加密技术是油田提高采油速度、提高采收率的办法之一,也是每个油田所采取 的措施之一。卫星油田采用注采井距 250~350m 的反九点法面积井网开发,获得了一定 产能。但目前来看,由于油层整体发育较差,水驱控制程度低,各类储层动用不好,有 限的储量没有得到有效动用。按目前开发方式开发,规模开发区块将进入含水上升快、 产量递减快阶段,稳产很困难,预测采收率只有 20%左右,开发效果不理想。其主要问 题是目前井网、井距与储层不匹配,原因一是部分储层物性差(渗透率低于 20×10 -3 μm 2 的储层占 44.6%),目前井距大,不能建立有效的驱动体系,部分储层在目前井网下无 法有效动用;二是砂体发育规模小,一般宽度只有 100-300m,而 250×250m反九点面积 井网井距大、注采井数比高过,断层还比较多,水驱控制程度低,一些储层不能动用。 加密与注采系统调整的最佳时机一般在含水 40-60%以前进行,否则,等油田进入高含 水期,再进行调整效果将变差。在 2005 年,以卫星油田二区规模开发区块为对象,开 展了相关技术研究。本报告的主要研究内容就研究评价二区的开发效果,分析油田开发 存在的问题,研究目前井网与储层的适应性,研究葡萄花油层水驱井网的技术界限、经 济界限,利用数值模拟、油藏工程、经济评价等方法研究加密调整潜力和调整方法,通 过对不同调整方式开发指标、经济效益的评价,确定二区合理的调整方法。 关键词,水驱开发;剩余油;井网加密;调整方案。Research on Feasibility of Well Patterns Thickening in Weixing oilfield Abstract Well patterns thickening technology is one of the means of increasing oil production and enhanced oil recovery, and also is one of the measures taken by each oilfield. The Weixing oilfield uses 250~350 meter-well-distance counter-nine areal pattern, and has received effect. But at present, the oil layer grows bad, the coercion of water-flooding was low and the usage of various types of reservoir was poor, so the limited reserves have not been effective used. Under the current development methods, the scale-development areas will enter a stage that the aquifer increased rapidly and the production will decline faster, stabilize of the production will be very difficult and the prediction production will be only about 20%, the result of development is not satisfactory. The main problem is that the current pattern, well spacing does not match the reservoir. One of the reasons is part of the reservoir properties were poor (permeability that less than 20 × 10-3μm2 accounted for 44.6% of the reservoir), the current well spacing, can not establish an effective drive system, part of the reservoir under the current pattern can not be used effectively; Secondly, development of small-scale sand bodies, the general width is only 100-300m, and the area of 250 × 250m counter-nine well spacing pattern was not suited, and the ratio of injection-production well was higher and have more faults fault ,the control of water-flooding was low, a number of reservoirs can not used. The best time to Injection-production system encryption and adjust was the moisture content generally in the 40-60%, and otherwise, when the oilfield get into the high water cut stage, the results of adjust will lack. In 2005, take the Second area of Weixing oilfield as the object, to carry out the relevant technical studies. In this paper, the main research areas are to study the development effect of the second area, analysis the existence problems in the process of oilfield development ,to study the adaptation of the current pattern and reservoir, to study the technology boundaries and the economic boundaries of the Putaohua water-flooding pattern,used numerical simulation, reservoir engineering, economic evaluation methods to study the encryption and adjustment potential and the adjustment method, to adjust the way through the development of different indicators, cost-effective evaluation of the Second District to determine a reasonable adjustment method.
