精益管理最早起源于日本,逐渐发展成为现代生产制造企业普遍适用的一种生产模 式。精益管理能够通过降低生产成本、提高产品质量、优化流程结构、提升员工参与程 度等方式,来提高企业效益,增强企业竞争力。精益管理的核心理念是力求以最少的人 力、物力投入,创造尽可能多的价值,这种管理模式在各国生产实践中显示出巨大的应 用价值。 中平能化集团是我国成立较早的国有特大型煤炭企业,其经济、社会地位显著,在 促进经济发展、提供就业服务、推动城市发展发挥了重大作用。近年来,随着煤炭能源 地位的下降和环保力度的不断加大,煤炭行业发展举步维艰。中平能化集团适时将精益 管理理论引入生产领域,拓展了产业链、开发了新的产品,使企业在重要关口扭亏为盈。 但是,中平能化集团在将精益管理理论与实践嫁接的过程中也存在着一定的弊病,影响 了整体效能的发挥。如何完善精益管理理论并将其充分应用于实践,消除影响企业发展 的深层次问题,剔除弊病,这不仅是一个理论命题,也是摆在我们面前的实践难题。 本文以中平能化集团精益管理实践为研究对象,将精益管理理论在企业生产管理应 用实践中的情况和效果进行论证,并提出切实可行的建议,为精益管理的进一步应用提 出建议。论文首先对涉及的精益管理理论的内容、研究现状进行总结,探讨国内外学者 对精益管理理论的最新研究概况;其次是针对中平能化集团引进精益管理实践进行研 究,对其实施精益管理所采取的措施、取得的成效进行系统总结,并对存在的问题及原 因进行深层次的分析和论证;最后,对精益管理的应用价值和前景进行论述,强调要进 一步丰富精益管理理论,同时提出随着理论的不断丰富,精益管理有着更为广阔的应用 空间。 中平能化集团精益管理的应用实践中,还注重运用其他先进管理方法和经验,摒弃 以往单独应用精益管理一种理论来进行企业管理的模式,这对于企业单独引进精益管理 理论的思路是一种完善和补充。文章提出应建立“人本精益管理模式”和精益管理体系。 阐述了公司在精益管理理论的指导下,企业应建立一套自上而下的人本信息精益管理模 式和精益管理体系,以精益管理的主体“人”为核心,要求长远规划、全员参与、提高II 员工素质,以实现企业安全、高效、科学和可持续发展。 精益管理的应用前景广阔,不仅适用于生产企业,而且对企业管理创新也有一定的 应用空间。因此,完善精益管理理论,是拓展学术研究并将其成果应用于企业实践,进 一步提升管理水平的重要途径。 关键词,中平能化集团,精益管理,管理模式III ABSTRACT Lean management of production from Japan and gradually developed into a production mode universally applicable to modern manufacturing enterprises. Lean management can reduce production costs, improve product quality, optimize process structure, enhance employee participation and other ways to improve enterprise efficiency and enhance enterprise competitiveness. The core concept of lean management is to strive to create as much value as possible with the minimum investment of human and material resources. This management mode shows great application value in the production practice of various countries, becomes one of the current mainstream management modes. Zhongping Energy Chemical Group is one of the earliest state-owned coal enterprises in China. Its prominent economic and social status has played an important role in promoting economic development, providing employment services and promoting urban development. In recent years, with the decline of the status of coal energy and the continuous increase of environmental protection, the development of the coal industry is struggling. Zhongping Energy Chemical Group introduced lean management theory into the production field at the right time, expanded the industrial chain, developed new products, and turned the company into profit at the critical juncture. However, in the process of grafting lean management theory and practice, Zhongping Energy Chemical Group also has some disadvantages, which affect the overall performance. How to perfect lean management theory and fully apply it to practice, eliminate the deep-seated problems that affect the development of enterprises and eliminate the disadvantages is not only a theoretical proposition, but also a practical problem in front of us. This paper takes the lean management practice of Zhongping Energy Chemical Group as the research object, demonstrates the situation and effect of lean management theory in the application practice of enterprise production management, and puts forward practical Suggestions for the further application of lean management. Firstly, this paper summarizes the contents and research status of lean management theory, and discusses the latest research situation of lean management theory by domestic and foreign scholars. Secondly, it studies the lean management practice introduced by Zhongping Energy Chemical Group, systematically summarizes the measures taken and the results achieved by implementing leanIV management, and deeply analyzes and demonstrates the existing problems and causes. Finally, this paper discusses the application value and prospect of lean management from a small perspective, emphasizes the need to further enrich lean management theory, and puts forward that with the continuous enrichment of theory, lean management has a broader application space. In the application practice of lean management in Zhongping Energy Chemical Group, it also pays attention to the application of other advanced management methods and experience, and abandons the previous mode of applying lean management alone for enterprise management, which is a kind of perfection and supplement to the idea of introducing lean management theory alone. The article puts forward the establishment of people-oriented lean management mode and lean management system. Expounds the company under the guidance of lean management theory, enterprise should establish a set of lean management model and the top-down humanistic information management system, with the body of the lean management people as the core, the long-term planning, full participation, improve staff quality, in order to realize the enterprise security, efficient, scientific and sustainable development. Lean management has a broad application prospect, which is not only suitable for production enterprises, but also has a certain application space for enterprise management innovation. Therefore, improving lean management theory is an important way to expand academic research and apply its results to enterprise practice to further improve management level.
