摘要
薪酬管理是根据员工的贡献的大小,科学、合理地来确定员工的薪酬差别,制定公平的薪酬管理体系制度的一种管理方法。合理的薪酬制度能激发员工的潜力,提高主观能动性能动性,有利于实现企业目标,提高利润和效益,能在日益激烈的人才竞争中吸引和筛选出企业真正需要和保留的人才,也有利于稳定的员工队伍。本文结合广州韵达快递的实际情况,通过研究广州韵达薪酬管理的现状,并分析广州韵达薪酬管理过程中存在的问题,如企业的薪酬水平、薪酬管理结构等,最后提出了解决问题的对策。希望本文的研究对于广州韵达快递提高薪酬管理水平起到一点现实借鉴意义,同时也希望本文对于其他相似企业的薪酬管理也有一定借鉴的意义。
