I 摘要 信贷业务是我国商业银行的重要盈利业务之一,为银行带来的贡献度不容小觑。随 着近几年我国市场经济的不断发展,银行的信贷业务也在与时俱进更新着,力争将市场 的信贷业务能够做到全面覆盖。自 2015 年以来,国内小微企业发展迅猛,成为经济发展 中最具发展潜力的企业群体,但小微企业融资渠道不畅、融资成本高极大的制约了其发展 步伐;同时期,我国政府出台了大力扶持小微企业发展的政策,城市居民的投资经营积 极性也大幅提升,因此,目前对于各家商业银行而言,发展小微企业信贷业务刻不容缓。BJ 银行为了适应信贷市场的新转变,于 2015 年在全辖区开立了 51 家便民的社区银行,其 社区银行的信贷业务主要以小微企业和个人信贷业务为新的信贷业务“抓手”,在原有 信贷产品基础上 BJ 银行社区支行针对该辖区小微企业信贷业务发展的具体趋势,打破 银行贷款“高门槛”的局势,以客户为中心,开立社区银行为了能更好的提供适合于小 微企业客户的贷款需求,从而更有利的带动其他金融产品发展与创新,同时提升银行知 名度。 本文以 BJ 银行西安社区支行为例,主要分析其信贷方面的发展现状,通过利用产 品周期理论、市场细分理论、SWOT 模型等对 BJ 银行西安分行社区支行目前信贷业务 发展进行剖析;对其发展存在的问题,在不断适应市场发展过程中,抓住市场机遇,开 创社区银行的小微企业信贷产品发展模式;研究其信贷创新取得的效果,并发现其需要 进一步解决的问题;同时通过对 BJ 银行西安社区支行信贷业务创新的研究能够为其他 商业银行发展小微企业信贷带去启发和经验借鉴。 关键词,社区银行,小微企业,信贷产品,金融创新西北大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Credit business is one of the most important profitable business of China's commercial Banks. With the continuous development of China's market economy in recent years, the bank's credit business is also updating with The Times, and strive to fully cover the market's credit business.Since 2015, domestic small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly and become the group of enterprises with the most development potential in economic development. However, poor financing channels and high financing costs of small and micro enterprises greatly restrict their development pace. At the same time, the Chinese government has issued policies to strongly support the development of small and micro enterprises, and the enthusiasm of urban residents in investment and operation has also been greatly improved. Therefore, it is urgent for commercial Banks to develop the credit business of small and micro enterprises.In order to adapt to the new transformation of the credit market, Bank of BJ opened 51 convenient community Banks in the whole jurisdiction in 2015.The credit business of its community bank is mainly small and micro enterprises and personal credit business as the new starting point of credit business.On the basis of the original credit products, Bank of BJ community sub-branch aims at the specific trend of credit business development of small and micro enterprises in the jurisdiction.To break the situation of high threshold of bank loans and establish community Banks with customers as the center, so as to better provide loans for small and micro businesses.In this way, it can promote the development and innovation of other financial products and enhance the popularity of Banks. Taking Bank of BJ in xi 'an community branch as an example, this paper mainly analyzes the development status of its credit.Through the use of product cycle theory, market segmentation theory, SWOT model, analyzing the current development of credit business of BJ bank xi 'an branch community sub-branch.In the process of adapting to the market development and seizing the market opportunities,Create a community bank of small and micro enterprise credit product development model; Study the effect of credit innovation,And find the problems that need to be solved further.At the same time through the BJ bank xi 'an community sub-branch credit business innovation research can bring inspiration and experience for other commercial Banks to develop small and micro enterprise credit.
