产厂需要紧密与金融机构合作,保证金融机构融资款项的安全性,激励金融机
构不断提升对于本品牌网络的融资支持。汽车厂家只有努力协调好经销商、金

Research on the Wholesale Financing of Lan Tian Auto Company
In 2015 China&39;s auto car sales exceeded 25 million, 4.7% increased compare
with 2014. China&39;s auto market has become the world&39;s most attractive market. The
huge domestic automobile market, making the domestic automobile manufacturers
continues to increase investment, improving production capacity, increasing the
terminal car sales. But most of the domestic car sales dealers belong to the small and
medium enterprises, the financing capacity is weak. In order to alleviate the financial
pressure on dealers to help dealers obtain adequate financing, domestic mainstream
automotive manufacturers fully play its important role in the manufacturing industry,
established by the automobile manufacturing plant as the core enterprise of the
automobile industry supply chain financing. Dealer financing is an important part of
the supply chain, which belongs to the downstream of the automotive supply chain.
With the continuous change of the national macroeconomic environment, the
internal and external environment of the automobile production plant has changed
greatly, and the uncertain interference factors increase. The supply chain financing,
which is dominated by automobile manufacturers, is also facing severe challenges.
Based on the perspective of supply chain, according to the Lan Tian automobile
company&39;s supply chain financing platform, instruct the status of wholesale financing
business. By analyzed the internal and external environment of the automobile factory,
proposed the problems and solution of the present Lan Tian Automobile Company
wholesale financing. Finally, on the basis of the above research, puts forward
effective measures to the key risk points. As the core enterprise of the automobile
factories need to take more responsibility in the supply chain, and constantly improve
their own ability. At the same time, to guarantee the supply chain avoid the financingIV
risk and operate stably, automobile factory need to keep the management of financial
institutions and dealers.
Automobile factory as the core enterprise of the automobile industry chain needs
to take more responsibility in the supply chain system, and constantly improve their
own ability, including distributing outstanding persons to wholesale financing
department, improving the professional quality and strengthen the training of the
downstream distributors supply chain. In addition to improve the capacity of the

dealer for financing risk. Facing the quickly changing financial market, automobile

able to build a stable, operating efficiency and good reputation of the wholesale

增长的重要动力。从最近十年汽车市场的数据显示,中国汽车千人保有量从2005
年的 24 辆增至 2015 年的 125 台,由此看出我国汽车市场的快速发展,汽车逐
渐走进寻常百姓家中成为必不可少的交通工具。从 2010 年起,面对庞大的汽车
市场,汽车企业对未来前景一片看好,持续不断的增加产能以及扩充销售渠道,
以保证能够在未来的汽车市场竞争中占据一席之地。从 2010 年至 2015 年的 5
年时间里,汽车行业扭转了曾经“产能不足”的劣势,迈进了“产能过剩”时代
根据中国汽车工业协会公布了汽车行业产能调查报告,2015 年末我国汽车整车
产能 3122 万辆。中国汽车行业产能结构性过剩显现,与不断增长的产能数字形
成对比的是需求的减少
2016 年整个汽车市场面临着宏观经济的下行压力,但在国家推出的小排量
汽车购置税减半政策以及新能源推广政策的刺激下,车市明显回暖并且年销量
超出年初预期。2016 年汽车市场的增速为 11.17%,实现全年销量 2734.5 万辆
国家推出的利好政策刺激了消费者的提前透支购车行为,但不可否认的是,汽
