全球信息化时代,信息技术向经济社会各领域快速渗透,单一企业进行创新
步履艰难,企业与外部组织机构建立战略联盟是获取互补性资源、提升创新能力
的明智选择。随着联盟规模扩大,企业面临的管理问题也越发复杂。尽管联盟组
织为创造价值提供了有效途径,然而现有研究显示大约有半数的联盟以失败告终,
这种不稳定性和高失败率是阻碍企业创新行为的因素之一。如何高效地发挥联盟
优势,协调联盟伙伴的关系,以提高企业创新能力成为联盟管理者面临的主要问

本文首先在现实背景与理论背景的考察中找出研究问题,概述其研究价值、
研究方法和技术路线,阐述其研究思路和框架。接着,对联盟惯例、组织间学
习、吸收能力和创新能力等方面的研究文献进行了系统的梳理,明确了需要研究
的切入点和研究对象,相关概念界定及其相互关系。在文献研究的基础上,运用
组织学习、创新管理等理论,将联盟惯例和创新能力的变量进行维度划分,提出
其影响机制中直接效应、中介效应、调节效应等方面的研究假设,构建理论模
型。然后,针对该理论模型进行研究方案的设计,包括确定研究变量及其测量方
法、编制量表并进行企业访谈和调研问卷的发放,收到 264 家企业的有效问卷,
通过 SPSS 22.0 软件对联盟惯例、组织间学习、吸收能力、创新能力进行探索性
因子分析(效度分析)、量表信度分析、相关分析等。在数据经过可靠性检验后,
运用回归模型进行实证分析,验证前文所提出的研究假设和理论模型,分别对自
变量和因变量的直接效应,中介变量的中介效应,以及调节变量的调节效应进行
了检验。得到以下主要研究结论:
联盟惯例对企业创新能力,包括渐进性创新能力和突破性创新能力均有显著
影响。其中,组织间学习在联盟惯例(行动逻辑、内隐规范、交互共识)对创新
能力的影响机制中有中介作用。吸收能力在联盟惯例(行动逻辑、内隐规范)与
创新能力的影响机制中起调节作用。联盟惯例可以促进创新能力的提升;组织间
学习的中介下,吸收能力的调节下为提高创新能力提供了有力的支撑

本文将联盟惯例、组织间学习、吸收能力与创新能力放在同一研究框架下,
构建了联盟惯例对创新能力影响机制的理论模型,拓展了创新能力的相关研究,
充实了联盟管理的理论体系,为提升企业创新能力提供新的管理思维和实践指导

ABSTRACT
Thanks to the global information age, the rapid penetration of information
technology to all areas of the economy and society makes its more and more difficult
for a single enterprise to innovate. It is a wise choice for enterprises to establish
strategic alliances with external organizations to obtain complementary resources and
enhance innovation capability. With the expansion of the scale of the alliance,
enterprises are facing increasingly complex management issues. Although the alliance
provides an effective way to create value, the current study shows that about half of the
League ended in failure. This instability and high failure rate is one of the factors that
hinder the innovation behaviors of enterprises. Thus two issues, such as how to make
full use of the advantages of the alliance and how to coordinate the relationship between
the alliance partners to improve the innovation capability of the enterprises become the
main problems faced by the alliance managers.
In this thesis, we first find out the problems from the practical background and
literature theory. Then the concept of alliance routines, inter organizational learning,
absorptive capacity and innovation capability are summarized. Based on the theory of
organizational learning, innovation management and other related theories, some
hypothesis are put forwarand and the theoretical model is constructed. Secondly, the
conceptual model of the design of the research program is designed, including the
determination of research variables and measurement methods, the preparation of the
scale and the questionnaire issued a formal questionnaire. Effective questionnaires are
obtained from 264 companies. The SPSS 22.0 software is used to analyze the alliance
routines, inter-organizational learning, absorbing capability and innovation capability by
the exploratory of factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis. After the
reliability analysis of the data, regression model and structural equation model are
utilized for empirical analysis, then the following main conclusions are obtained:
The results show that the alliance routines have a significant impact on the firm&39;s
incremental innovation capability and disruptive innovationability. Among them, inter
organizational learning plays an intermediary role in the influence of alliance routines
composed of behavioral logic, implicit norms, mutual consensus on the ability of
incremental innovation and disruptive innovation. On the other hand, absorptiveABSTRACT

capacity plays a moderating role in the influence of behavioral logic, implicit norms to
both the incremental innovation capability breakthrough innovation capability of
enterprises such as under the influence of alliance routines. According to the research&39;s
conclusion, alliance routines can promote the innovation ability, and strengthen the inter
organizational learning, which provides a strong support for the improvement of
innovation capability.
In this thesis, the alliance routines and innovation capability are put into the same
research framework, and the theoretical model of the influence mechanism of alliance
routines on innovation capability is constructed. This will not only expand the
theoretical research of innovation capability and enrich the theoretical system of
alliance management at the same time, but also enhance the innovation capability of
enterprises to provide a new management thinking example and practice guidance.
