ZLJT 粮油企业的主营产品是成品粮油,目前企业处于发展期,企业员工的综合
年龄较小,青年员工比重较大,同时,员工在工作能力及受教育程度上良莠不齐,员
工更新流动周期较短。现在该公司还是沿用传统国有企业的激励体系,其激励成效较
差。因此,如何通过改进绩效管理机制来增强企业的市场竞争实力是企业面临的重要
课题
本文采取了问卷调查、文献分析、定性与定量相结合等方法,在归纳总结现有绩
效管理体系基础之上,结合 ZLJT 公司目前的情况,对企业绩效管理中的问题及员工
的切实需求进行剖析、整理和归纳总结对进一步构建和完善了 ZLJT 粮油公司的员工
绩效管理体系,重构了与公司特征相符的薪资报酬制度、绩效考察制度、员工教育培
训及升迁制度,同时还提出了与之相对应的优化方案实施保障措施
本研究一方面能够引导 ZLJT 粮油公司的绩效管理可持续健康发展,另一方面对
同行其他企业单位员工绩效管理的完善也有一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, the degree of marketization is getting higher and
higher, openness is getting bigger and bigger, for the survival of enterprises to challenge
the natural difficulty. With the accelerated development of the market, the enterprise to
improve the management of fine management, business is to fight the management,
competition is the talent, which is the most important part of all resources, we must rely on
a sound performance management system. It is the key to improve the efficiency of the
enterprise and the key to realize the long-term development of the enterprise. It is
necessary to design a set of performance management system to meet the actual
performance management system of the enterprise, to stimulate and promote the
enthusiasm of the staff, and to fully mobilize the internal driving force of the employees.
ZLJT Grain and Oil Company is a grain and oil products manufacturing enterprises, is
the development of the rising channel, the company employees overall young, and the
staff&39;s ability to work and their qualifications are also very different, more frequent staff
flow. The current incentive mechanism for enterprises or the use of the old state-owned
enterprises has always been the practice, the effect is not ideal. Therefore, enterprises are
faced with how to improve the performance management system to achieve the problem of
enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
In this paper, ZLJT grain and oil company as the research object, adopted a
questionnaire survey, literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative combination of
research, summed up the existing performance management system based on the
combination of ZLJT status quo, in the form of questionnaire The first-hand information,
analysis and summarized the enterprises in the performance management problems and the
actual needs of employees. In view of the survey results, this paper puts forward the
corresponding suggestions on the improvement and establishment of the staff performance
management system of ZLJT Grain and Oil Company, designs the salary system,
performance appraisal system, staff training and promotion mechanism which adapt to the
characteristics of the enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding incentive mechanism
The safeguard measures.
The research done in this paper not only plays a positive and guiding role in the actual
work of ZLJT Grain and Oil Company, but also has reference value for the optimization of
performance management system of employees of similar enterprises.
