本文以中国石油运输公司作为研究对象,针对现行培训过程中出现的一些问题和弊
端,提出改进和完善中国石油运输公司配送中心主任培训体系的具体措施。本文首先交
待了论文研究的背景和意义、研究方法与主要内容,在此基础上评述概括已有的主要的
员工培训理论,主要介绍了培训的概念和分类,以及企业员工培训的基本理论和方法
其次,分析了目前中国石油运输公司配送中心主任培训管理体系现状和存在的主要问题
再次,联系实际情况,在对中国石油运输公司配送中心主任培训需求分析的基础上,采
用科学的分析方法,改进完善了员工培训体系方案。同时,为了确保培训工作的顺利开
展,从组织机构保障、人员保障以及培训经费保障等三个方面提出了中国石油运输公司
配送中心主任培训方案实施的保障措施。文章的最后对本文的研究结论进行了阐述,并
对未来更进一步的研究方向,做了展望

Abstract
With drastic competition talents, strengthen enterprise human resources development and
utilization of existing, has become the enterprise resolve the shortage of talent and talent
competition is the main way. Enterprise’s competition in the final analysis is the competition
of human resources. A scientific training management for employees will definitely help to
exploit the potential of human resource and promote a company’s competitiveness. PetroChina
Transport Company faced with its expanding size and accelerating development, is challenged
by its current training management system at the moment. This system has made it difficult to
meet the demand of development for both employees and the company, therefore, optimization
is necessary.
Based on PetroChina Transport Company as the research object, this paper aims at the
problems and disadvantages of PetroChina Transport Company appeared in the process of the
current training, and puts forward to some specific measures to improve the PetroChina
Transport Company distribution center director training system. This article first explain the
paper research background and significance, theory and methods, on the basis of this review
sums up the existing main staff training theory, mainly introduces the concept of training and
classification, and the basic ways of enterprise staff training and process. Secondly, this paper
analyses the PetroChina Transport Company distribution center director training system’s
present situation and main problem existing in the training process. Again, according to the
actual situation of human resources and staff training, on the demand analysis of PetroChina
Transport Company distribution center director training system, using scientific analysis
method, and the PetroChina Transport Company distribution center director training system is
improved. At the same time, in order to ensure the training work smoothly, PetroChina
Transport Company distribution center director training plan implementation safeguard
measures are put forward, include organization safeguard, staff safeguard and training funds
safeguard. Finally, the conclusions of this study are described and make an expectation.
