Abstract

The single well drilling cost information management of petroleum enterprise is a

closed-loop management mode,which based on single well as the most basic management

objects,put the process control of drilling as a core,make the computer information science

and technology as a powerfiil support,and combine budget,accounting,decision-making,

analysis, evaluation and control of the single well drilling cost. Carry out the single well

drilling cost management system makes the enterprise managers grasp the drilling oil and gas

production in the process of the basic operation of each well clearly,clear the different range

of single-well benefit distribution, enhance the level of management significantly. The single

well drilling cost information management system of zhongyuan oil field makes an effective

carding and multidimensional analysis of all business information,provides basic data for

decision-making, realize its cost refined management, so as to change production field to

operational fields for zhongyuan oil field. It has important guiding significance for

zhongyuan oilfield drilling department to improve the level of decision-making, and realizes

the authors efficiency finally.

This paper studies on the construction and management of single well drilling cost

information management system in zhongyuan oil field. Firstly, it analyzes the demand value

and the influencing factors of single well drilling cost information management system in

zhongyuan oil field, including construction environment, demand value location, influencing

factors inside and outside. Secondly, it explores the construction plans and mainly content of

single well drilling cost information management system in zhongyuan oil field, including

construction purpose and mission,construction organizational structure and division of duties,

all kind of plans and construction detailsAnd last, it studies on the management process of

single well drilling cost information management system in zhongyuan oil field,including

construction stages, main function module, construction testing and commissioning,

construction risk analysis and countermeasures.
