随着社会生产力的发展,我国企业继续保持强劲发展势头,作为国民经济支
柱的石油石化企业,比以往任何时候都迫切需要人才资源,而影响、制约,甚至
决定人才成长的关键所在:人才成长通道建设,已经历史性地推到了企业发展的
战略高地。近年来,中国石化集团中原油ffl积极探索,创新实践,初步构建了人
才成长通道。本文结合实践工作,在简要分析当今人才成长通道建设现状的基础
上,从中原油田人才职业发展通道建设的现状与问题、构建模型、运行方法、保
障措施等4个方面进行了探索和总结。其中,深入分析了中原油田人才成长通道
建设存在的问题.阐释了中原油田经营管理、专业技术和技能操作3支人才队伍
职业发展通道模型,据此,在全面总结中原油田人才成长通道建设的基础上,分
析、归纳、提炼出了中原油田人才职业发展通道建设的运行方法和保障措施,并
结合职业发展通道的客观规律和油田实际情况,提出了发展、完善中原油田人才
职业发展通道的意见建议。

Abstract
With the development of social productive forces, China's enterprises continue to
maintain the strong momentum of development. As a pillar of the national economic
development, petroleum and petrochemical enterprises need more human resources
urgently than ever before. However, the key that influences,restricts and even
determines the growth of talents : the construction of talents growth channel has
historically been pushed to the strategic high ground of enterprise development. In recent
years,Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as ZPEB ) has
actively explored and innovatively practiced so that it will be able to build a preliminary
growtii channel for its talents. Combining with the practical work and brief analysis of
the construction situation of current talents growth channel, the writer does some
exploration and summary for the channel construction of talents' career development in
ZPEB in four aspects: the present situation and problems,the construction models, the
operation methods and the safeguard measures. Of them all, he deeply analyzes the
problems existing in the construction of talents growth channel in ZPEB and illustrates
the channel models of career development of three groups of talents in ZPEB:
management, professional technology and skillful operation talents. Thus, on this basis
of comprehensive summing-up of the construction of talents growth channel in ZPEB,
the writer analyzes,concludes and extracts the operation methods and safeguard measures
of the career development channel for talents and provides opinions and suggestions
about developing and improving the career development channel of talents in ZPEB,
combining with the objective laws of career development channel and actual situation of
the oil field.
