布,通过各种改革达到利润最大,效率最高,服务质量最优等目的。在改革创新中,充
满了各种障碍和未知,如何在改革创新中寻求稳步的过渡,如何在新的管理理念下保证
最后产出的品质异常重要。知识经济时代的管理思想注重的是业务流程管理的整体效
果。
本文围绕业务流程管理(BPM)理论展开研究,参考了大量国内外相关的理论文
献以及业务流程管理理论在各大企业中的实际应用状况,并在分析DMS公司业务流程
的基础上提出问题,解决问题,通过业务流程管理增强企业竞争力,同时对于同行业企
业的业务流程管理具有重要的现实意义。
在文中我们将基于业务流程管理的最新理念,结合外部坏境(3C)和内部环境,以
及不同时期的具体业务数据的变化,通过对DMS公司业务流程管理现状的研究与分析,
提出公司改革创新中内部流程管理存在的矛盾与分歧,以及流程在跨部门、跨岗位流转
时出现的忽略、停滞、低效、推诿等问题,运用业务流程管理的理论工具和方法,别具
一格地提出关于流程体系的管理意见、优化设计方案以及可以成功实现业务流程改进目
标的保障措施。

Abstract
With the development of world economy and the rapid changing global economic
environment, more and more multinational enterprises, under the fierce global competition as
well as the stimulus of governments, began to re-examine their resource allocation,
organizational structure and function distribution, through a variety of reforms in order to
maximize profit, increase efficiency, and optimize service. In the reform and innovation,
accompanying with all kinds of obstacles and strains to the unknown factors, how to seek
steady transition, and how, under the new management concept, to ensure the quality of the
final output are extremely important. The integral effect of the business process management
plays a key role in management thinking pattern, especially in this knowledge economy times.
In this paper,the author will execute a wide range of theoretical and technological
research according to BPM theory. After the study of a large number of literatures and the
experience of various enterprises applied BPM for process management, will raise the related
problems and find out the appropriate solution for DMS based on the systematical analysis of
current business process situation of DMS. Meanwhile, it is of the realistic significance for
other enterprises to conduct BPM activities.
In this chapter,basing on the newest concepts of business process management,
combining with the external environment (3C) and the internal environment as well as the
specific business data change during corresponding period, and researching and analyzing on
the current status of the DMS company business process management, we discovered
contradictions and differences, existing in the process management, when company is
reforming, as well as the problems,such as ignoring,stagnant, inefficient, and shuffle, when
process is on the move across different departments and position. And then, by virtue of tools
and methods from the theory of business process management, we creatively put forward
safeguard measures aiming at management opinions of the process system, optimization
design scheme and successful improvement of the business process management.
