摘 要
如今中小企业是国民经济发展的重要组成部分,在市场上发挥着越来越大的作用。
但在激烈的市场竞争中,往往各种客观因素制约着它们的发展。因此,能够根据实际情
况,分析问题,解决问题,让中小企业在残酷的市场竞争中顺利发展,具有一定的研究
和指导意义。
S企业成立于2008年,是一家从事精密切割机、自动清洗机和贴膜机等半导体专业
设备的小型企业,集研究开发、加工生产、销售为一体。其产品广泛应用在光伏发电、
通讯、传感器、消费类电器等高新电子技术产业内。企业成立来,坚持以技术创新和管
理创新为核心的发展理念,解决了发展期间存在的各类问题,顺利的度过生存期,实现
了快速发展,已经成为国内同行业质量和技术领先的企业之一。随着市场的变化,竞争
格局日益明显,同行业竞争更加激烈,S企业下一步发展的方向是什么、如何实现可持
续性发展,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。决策前,通过对S企业的外部环境、内部资源
和能力进行总结,深入分析总结企业的SW0T,从中制定出适合S企业发展的以客户为导
向战略规划,并解决实施发展战略的储备资源政策支持,以及从人才资源、市场营销、
技术与产品发展实施、提升生产管理、资源运作等几个方面制定具体的实施策略,同时
采取企业文化建设、有效沟通、绩效考核三个方面来保障战略的具体实施效果。
我作为公司的管理人员,经历了公司的筹备、起步到发展的三个阶段,并有幸参与
了一些公司的重大决策的制定过程。整理成本论文,希望对其他类似的中小企业的顺利
发展能够有所帮助。

The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of national economic
development, in the fierce competition in the market, often because of various objective
factors restricting their development. According to the actual situation, analyze problems, to
solve the problem, let the smooth development of enterprises, has a certain significance.
S Corporation was founded in 2008, is a professional engaged in small enterprises
precision cutting machine, automatic washing machine and a pasting machine and other
semiconductor professional equipment. Set research and development, production,sales as
one of the electronic information industry, its products are widely used in photovoltaic
industry, communication, sensor, consumer electronics and other high technology fields in.
The enterprise was founded in 6 years, insist on technological innovation and management
innovation and development of ideas as the core, smoothly through the survival, solves the
management problem during the development of existence, to achieve the rapid development,
has become the domestic same industry leading enterprises of the quality and technology. As
the market changes, competition pattern is more and more obvious, the same industry
competition is more intense,the development direction of S enterprise is what is next, how to
maintain the sustainable development is an urgent need to solve the problem. Decision,
through carries on the analysis to the S enterprise's external environment and internal
resources and capabilities, in-depth analysis of enterprise SWOT, worked out for S future
development of the enterprise strategic business planning from. And then solve the
implementation of the development strategy of reserve resources policy support, and some
aspects of corporate culture,human resources, marketing and so on to formulate specific
implementation strategies, and take the effective communication, performance evaluation of
two measures to guarantee the concrete implementation effect of strategy.
