本文以大连机场航空货运发展为研究对象,首先,通过梳理企业战略管理相关理论,

使用PEST分析法、五力分析法以及SWOT矩阵等方法,研究探讨大连机场航空货运未

来发展战略的理论基础。其次,通过行业分析、宏观环境分析与行业竞争态势领域的外

部环境分析,探寻目前大连机场航空货运发展所面临的竞争和挑战。再次,通过对大连机

场航空货运各要素的内部分析,探寻其自身优势和劣势。最后,结合上述相关内容,运

用SWOT矩阵,对大连机场航空货运未来发展进行全面综合分析,研究制定发展战略

目标与战略选择,并提出战略实施相关保障措施。

The Research on the Development Strategy of Dalian Airport Freight

Abstract

The rapid development of China's economy has greatly impelled the demand of China's

modern freight transportation market at an unprecedented speed, which has brought new

opportunity in the develoj)ineiit of airport freight transportation. As China joining the WTO

makes the airport freight transportation enterprise of China stands at the same starting line with

other international freight companies, this has brought a new challenge and opportunity.

In this paper,some related company strategic theories are applied to combine with specific

situation. Dalian airport freight transportation development strategy is studied by

comprehensive analysis techniques such as Five-force analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT

matrix analysis, etc. The external environment is studied by profound three aspects from

industry analysis, macro-fenvironments, and industry competition analysis, and then the

opportunities and challenges are defined clear. At the same time, the internal analysis identified

the strengths and weaknesses. The SWOT analysis is applied to further analyze the company's

opportunities, threats and weaknesses basing on those analyses above. The development

strategy of Dalian airport freight transportation and the implementation of safeguard measures

are put forward.

Through the research on the development strategy of Dalian airport freight transportation,

the core of argument is formed that Dalian airport freight transportation should develop

accelerate modernization of airport freight tr妨sportation,to make full use of the local

conditions, and seize the opportunity, make clear the direction to reach the target.
