企业的发展,人才是关键。进入21世纪以来,随着知识经济的迅速膨胀和全球一
体化进程的加快,人才逐渐成为企业间竞争的实质与核心,对于航空发动机产业也不例
外。国家将航空发动机列入国家级重大科技专项,为LM公司提供了前所未有的机遇和
挑战,在此情况下,LM公司对人才的需求更加迫切。而航空发动机产业与其他产业相
比,又不具备广泛的社会人才基础,人才引进渠道主要是国内为数不多的航空院校。在
引进专业人才总量相对固定的情况下,教育培训就成了保障人才供给的重要手段和途径。
反观LM公司,其现行培训体系在运行过程中存在着诸多问题。
本文以企业培训相关理论知识为指导,运用定量与定性分析的方法,对LM公司人
力资源现状、培训体系的现状进行了深入细致的分析,找出现行培训体系存在的主要问
题及产生原因。围绕LM公司“十二五人才发展规划的要求,针对存在的主要问题,在
保留LM公司现有培训体系中科学、合理的部分,以强化培训功能、提升培训效果为目
标,从完善培训工作流程、设计工作思路、规范操作方法等方面入手在培训需求分析、
培训课程设置、培训效果评估、培训师资管理、培训实施保障等具体环节提出有针对性
的切实可行的改进措施。

Abstract
Talent is the key impact of an enterprise. Since the beginning of the 21st century, talent is
becoming the essence and core of competition among enterprises with rapid expansion of the
knowledge economy and the acceleration of the proess of global integration, the aore-engine
industry is not an exception. The national aviation engine is included in the major national
science project providing a unprecedented chances and challenges for LM company. In this
case, The LM company has an urgent demand for talent. Compared to other industries,
Aore-engine industry does not have the extensive social talent base. Talent introduction
channel is the seldom aviation academies. The introduction number of professionals is
relatively fixed,Education and Training is the important means to protect the supply of
talents.There are many problems in current training system of LM company.
This thesis analyzes the human resources of LM company and training system status,
finding the main problem and cause depending the Theoretical knowledge and quantitative
and qualitative analysis method.Around LM Twelve Five,,talent development planning
requirements5this thesis provides effective implementation.
Staff must improve their awareness to promote employee training system gradually to
the scientific development in standardized direction ;LM company will train more and more
outstanding professional to promote the realization of Strategic objectives.
