本文主要研究了作为全球主要的饮料塑料包装设备的供应商,S公司现行的项目管
理体系,项目管理特别是项目进度管理方面目前的状态,然后根据实际情况在项目管理
和时间控制理论的基础上,具体分析项目执行过程中对项目进度造成影响的各个方面,
发现存在的可以改进优化的问题。
根据对S公司的项目进度管理的现状及提出的问题,利用项目进度管理的基本知识
和实际情况结合,提出针对性的详细的改进策略。诸如,完善历史安装数据、优化绩效
管理、改进沟通路径等。然后利用TW项目的实际案例,具体的将提出的策略用于实际
操作,在项目的实际操作中验证策略的可行性,验证实践的效果。
希望通过项目执行中验证,对公司的发展有所帮助,同时,可以抛砖引玉,希望引
出更多关于行业的项目管理讨论,促进行业项目执行的进步。

Abstract
With the research and survey of the project management and especial project schedule
management in S Company, who is the leader of the global beverage plastic package
equipment, and basing on the fact and the theory of project management and project schedule
management, some major issues were dig out which impacted the project schedule in the
execution. And this kind of issue can be improved or optimized later on.
Basing on the status and raised issues on project schedule management and combining
the project schedule knowledge and the fact,dedicated and detail improving strategy was
created accordingly. For example, history install base data improvement, personal
performance management optimization, communication channel change etc. During a
practiced case of TW project,the raised solutions were applied in the project execution, and
the result was positive and it was proved that the solution works.
By the practice in the real project,I hope this solution is helpful to S Company project
schedule management. Meanwhile, I hope more and more brain storm about project
management in the beverage plastic package equipment field will happen and eventually the
field project management can be improved gradually.
