在过去20多年里,随着中国经济的快速发展,中国公路铁路等基础设施的大规模
投资,建筑设备制造企业快速成长。伴随着欧洲债务危机的爆发,中国宏观政策的调控,
同时W公司面临着产品复杂程度增加、产品生命周期缩短、定制化产品比例提高、更高
的顾客期望、更快的生产交货期、全球化的市场以及充分竞争等问题。作为国际知名的
固体物料输送设备企业,W公司需结合自身的优势和劣势,以信息化为手段,来不断提
高其生产效率及核心竞争力。为此,论文对W公司的信息管理系统进行研宄。
本文以W公司的信息管理系统为研宄对象,基于企业信息系统集成及ERP管理等
理论,对W公司信息管理系统的集成及优化问题展开研宄。论文沿“分析现状一提出
问题一分析问题一解决问题”的思路展开,首先分析W公司目前信息管理系统的现状
及存在的问题,包括“信息孤岛”问题、ERP系统重要模块的缺失、业务系统和财务系
统的衔接问题、两公司内部买卖交易重复工作的问题。进而对问题的成因进行剖析,在
此基础上,提出W公司的信息管理系统的集成优化方案。以期提高W公司竞争力,并
期望研宄结果能为整个制造行业的信息系统集成提供一定的借鉴。

Study on Integration and Optimization of Information Management
System for W Company
ABSTRACT
In the past 20 years, the enterprise of Construction Machinery equipment in China has
grown up rapidly owing to the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing
demand of the Railway & High-speed Way Infrastructure. With the outbroken of the European
debt crisis and Chinese macro-control policies adjustment,A Corporation faced the issues of
increased product complexity, product life cycle shorten,the increased proportion of
customized products,higher customer expectations, faster production and delivery, globalized
market and folly competition. W Corporation, who was known as an internationally solid
material handling equipment enterprise,should start considering its own advantages and
disadvantages and making use of the Information Technology tool to improve its efficiency
and core competition.
My study treats the information management system of W company as the research
object, the enterprise information system integration and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
management is based on the theory of integration and optimization problems,research on the
information management system of W company. The paper along the ideas of analysis of
current status, raise problems,analyze problems and solve problems’’,analysis begins with
current situation of W company's current information management system and the existing
problems, including the problem of information island,the lack of an important module of
the ERP system, finance system linking problem, two internal transactions repeat problems
at work. Analyse the causes of the problem,on the basis of this, put forward the integrated
optimization scheme of information management system of W company. In order to
improve the competence of W company and the results of the study can provide certain
reference for information system integration of the whole manufacturing industry.
