Abstract
In this paper, the use of market research and case analysis and other methods, the
use of management, business ethics, knowledge, in order to Aoyuan company as the
research object, on the company’s products, environmental processing problem of the
social responsibility. This paper first presents the background and significance of
topics, domestic and foreign research present situation, research and collection of
material process. Then in the text introduces three aspects of Aoyuan company profile,
Aoyuan company corporate social responsibility: employee benefits, the quality of the
products, and environmental protection were introduced, the Ordovician source, the
social responsibility of the enterprise into the design and practice of enterprise culture
and the system of. Analysis of the empirical theory, Aoyuan company responsibility
and role in the case analysis. The study found, Aoyuan company have reflected in
corporate social responsibility, in the aspects of employee benefits, the quality of the
products and environmental protection to enhance staff capacity and benefits and
reduce the pollution of the environment. The company to undertake research on small
and medium-sized enterprise's social responsibility has positive popularization value
and reference, mainly is: improve staff welfare, the quality of the products and reduce
the pollution of the environment, the focus is: improving the welfare of employees,
increase their sense of belonging, the direction, advanced, grasp the modernity
problem of corporate social responsibility; To highlight the advantages of enterprises,
the focus is to play a guiding role, advanced function, the typical role; To build
maintenance mechanism, the focus is concerned about the people, respect people,
train people, protect environment, sustainable development, not to the economic
benefits as the only goal. The study is of important significance to strengthen the
small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility.
