本文针对昆仑管业公司的核心竞争力问题进行研究。在对相关理论和昆
仑管业公司发展概况分析的基础上,本文首先分析了昆仑管业公司的内部条
件。从主要产品、人力资源和财务资源三个方面分析了公司的战略资源;从
生产管理能力、研发能力和营销能力三个方面分析了公司的能力;分析了公
司的总体环境、行业环境和主要竞争对手。然后本文提出了选择昆仑管业公
司核心竞争力指标的原则和方法,构建了核心竞争力的评价指标体系,并对
公司的核心竞争力进行了评价,识别了昆仑管业公司核心竞争力的优势,发
现了公司核心竞争力存在的问题,剖析了问题产生的原因。最后,根据昆仑
管业公司的实际情况,提出了核心竞争力提升的总体目标和具体目标,然后
针对企业核心竞争力的优势和不足,有针对性地提出了提升核心竞争力的对
策建议。

Abstract
Pipe Branch of Kunlun New Building Material Co. Ltd of Daqing Oil Field
(KPB)enters China’s plastic compound pipe industry very early, and has
glorious future for its development. However, KPB didn’t realize its core
competitiveness and didn’t treat it as the main source of competitiveness. In the
condition that the pipe market is developing and the competitors are developing,
KPB has to identify its advantages and promote its core competitiveness, or else
the development of KPB will be blocked which will further threat KPB’s
survival.
This thesis makes detailed study on the core competitiveness of KPB. Based
on the literature review and the analysis of the basic conditions of KPB, the
thesis firstly analyzes the strategic resources of KPB, including products, human
resources and financial resources, and KPB of production management capability,
R&D capability and marketing capability. The thesis also analyzes the
environment of KPB, the pipe industry and KPB’s main competitors. Then the
thesis proposes the discipline and method for selecting the measurement indexes
of KPB’s core competitiveness, and constructs the measurement index system,
and assesses KPB’s core competitiveness. By analyzing the assessing results, the
thesis identifies the advantages in KPB’s core competitiveness, and finds out its
problems and analyzes the causes of these problems. At last, the thesis designs
the objectives of promoting KPB’s core competitiveness according to the
advantages and disadvantages of KPB’s core competitiveness, and proposes
suggestions for promoting KPB’s core competitiveness.
