本文就鞍钢矿山建设有限公司(以下简称矿建公司)实际情况,对其人力资源管理
进行深层次研究和分析。
在了解人力资源发展过程的基础上,本文以战略性人力资源管理为指导,以
矿建设公司为研究对象,采用文献分析法、规范性理论分析法、调查研究法等方
法,通过对矿建公司的中高层领导的访谈以及公司全体员工的问卷调查,在调查
的基础上对矿建公司人力资源管理体系进行了诊断并给出了合理的建议。通过科
学的研究和调查,发现矿建设公司在人力资源规划、招聘、培训与开发、绩效考
核、薪酬福利设计、企业文化建设等方面都存在一系列的问题,针对其在人力资
源管理过程中诊断出现的问题,从把好招聘入口、完善员工的培训与开发、合理
设计薪酬、企业文化建设提升等几个方面对矿建设公司现有的人力资源管理体系
的完善和改进提出了具体的解决措施。
在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境中,拥有一支优秀的人力资源队伍对企业来说是
