本文首先通过对国内外绩效考评相关文献和成果的理论综述,阐述绩效和绩效
考核的内涵及内容方法。接着,深入分析了春达运输公司中层管理人员目前绩效考评
相关状况以及表现出来的问题。并据此应用现代绩效考核模式来对春达运输公司的中
层管理人员的绩效考核进行适当优化。然后结合组织以及当前运营两个方面的内容对
春达运输公司进行了阐述。因为这次课题的研究核心对象来自于该公司的中层管理团
队,所以涉及到中层团队的分析细节更加丰富。最后探讨了该公司中层管理团队在绩
效考核方面所表现出来的问题,并运用现代管理思维对该公司的绩效考核进行了适当
的优化。
中层管理团队作为企业的核心管理层,中层管理团队的综合素质与企业的可持续
发展和盈利能力有着密切的关系。本文在分析春达公司中层管理团队在绩效考核层面
上所展现出来的问题基础上,认为采用平衡积分卡的现代考核模式对该公司进行优化
非常合适,并在这个模式下提出了具体的改进方法。其中应用层次分析法来对指标的
权重进行设计,从而让绩效指标变得更加科学合理。

appraisal system is an important basis for the human resources department to make the
human resources policy and decision making, is a powerful tool for Strengthening the
cohesion of enterprise and improving the performance of employees; Is an important
mechanism to control the enterprise to achieve its strategic objectives and strategic system
in the process. The special status of the middle-level managers in enterprises, determine
their job performance will directly affect the whole performance of the firm. The key for
companies to gain a competitive advantage and maintain long-term development is the
ability to mobilize the middle-level managers work enthusiasm and creativity, and to
improve their work performance. As a result, it has a very positive meaning to build a fair
