当今世界已经进入经济全球化的时代,全球釆购、全球生产、全球物流、全球销售

等是全球经济化的产物。人类正用地球有限的资源进行着循环经济的科学运作。全球采

购是经济全球化的重要组成部分,是国际产业分工格局变化和结构调整的必然产物,是

现代信息技术、管理技术和物流技术高度发展的产物;同时,全球采购又是跨国公司在

世界范围内寻找最佳生产商或供应商,寻找质量最好、价格最合理产品的活动,力图在

全球范围内形成以供应链管理为基础的、分工合理、运作有序、管理严密的企业网络,

从而实现投资、开发、生产的最优化。

由于激烈的竞争以及消费者更高的要求,越来越多的企业开始从全球范围内进行采

购。在全球釆购环境下,供应商选择的成功与否会对企业自身的竞争力产生重大影响,

因此,对于全球采购策略和模式的研究和讨论不仅会为企业的全球釆购战略打下良好的

理论基础,还为企业在具体的全球采购活动过程中提供建设性的实践指导意义。

本论文以TIPSA公司全球采购策略和模式的研究为课题方向,从全球釆购管理的

基础理论出发,通过对公司全球采购现状的分析及问题的了解,然后为公司全球釆购策

略和模式的实施和完善提供理论基础,同时,又以中国采购市场为例,进一步讨论TIPSA

全球釆购策略和模式的实践意义。最后,结合全球采购管理过程中供应商选择和评估体

系的优化,以期TIPSA公司未来的全球采购之路更加的顺畅和完备。

A Research of Global Sourcing Mode and Strategy of TIPS A Company

Abstract

The world has entered the era of economic globalization, global sourcing, global

production, global logistics, etc. And the global sales has become the product of the global

economy. With limited recourses on the earth, the human being has always been operating the

economy scientifically. Global sourcing is an important part of the economy globalization; it

is inevitable product of international industrial division pattern and structure adjustment; it is

the product of modern information technology, management technology and the logistic

technology. Meanwhile, for the multinational corporation around the world, the global

sourcing has been the best activity to find the best producer or supplier, to look for the

product with best quality and reasonable price. And global sourcing will try to form a

company network with supplier chain as the basic,with division cooperation, with orderly

operation and strict management, and then to realize the optimization of investment,

development and production.

Due to fierce competition and higher demands from consumers, more and more

companies began to purchase from around the world. Under the environment of global

sourcing, the success or not for the supplier selection will heavily influence the

competitiveness of the enterprise itself,therefore, the study and discussion of the global

sourcing strategies and mode not only will provide enterprise with a good theoretical basis,

but also provide enterprises the constructive practice guiding significance in the process of

concrete global sourcing activities.

This paper, based on the global sourcing strategy and mode of TIPSA compnay, with the

basic theory and the core elements of global sourcing management, by analyzing the current

situation of TIPSA's global purchasing and problems, and then provide TIPSA with

theoretical foundation for its implementation and perfect of the global sourcing strategy and

mode. Meanwhile, taking China's procurement market as example, this pater has further

discussed the practical significance of TIPSA's global sourcing strategy and mode. Finally,

combined with supplier selection and evaluation of system optimization in the process of

global sourcing management, we wish TIPSA company the further smooth and complete

process of global sourcing for the future.
