A Study of CONCH Group's Development Strategy and Implementation Pattern
Abstract
Ten years on, the CONCH group developed with supernormal speed. It ranked the first of the
industry in fifteen consecutive years,even more it joined the ranks of the world's cement
industry's top five. The development of the conch, not only make the enterprise itself to
achieve the dream of becoming bigger and stronger, created the remarkable economic and
social benefit. More importantly, the rise of conch group to the modern China had a profound
impact on the development of cement industry.
Thanks to its advanced strategic planning, a strong core management system, no copy and
trinity marketing mode,flexible means of capital operation and characteristic of the culture,
the conch established dominance in cement industry of China. This article will focus on the
conch group's strategic planning,the core management system, market operation mode,
capital operation mode, enterprise culture and so on several aspects to sum up, systematically
analyze the Chinese first-class enterprise core competitiveness of CONCH, and expounds the
intrinsic reasons why conch made such a proud achievement.
