根据环境影响心理、心理支配行为的理论和安全生产领域的相关研究成果,借助
心理学理论、现代管理学理论等相关知识,通过理论分析、调查访问和事故案例统计
的研究方法,列举出临矿集团内部职工常见的违章行为,并分析了产生这些违章行为
的心理因素有侥幸心理、麻痹心理、捷径心理、从众心理、厌倦心理、逞能心理、恐
慌心理和逆反心理。接着结合自身在临矿集团多年的安全管理经验,从管理模式、企
业文化、环境、培训机制等方面提出了改善职工不安全心理因素的对策,解决好安全
问题,为企业发展保驾护航

Abstract
Safe production is the premise of the existence and scientific development of coal
enterprises. It is necessary for safety management of collieries to put in a lot of effort. The
principles of coal industries include management, production equipment and training, thus
to solve the comprehensive management issues about man, machine,environment and
management aspects In the safe production. The investigation results of a great deal of
coalmine accidents show that the happening of coalmine accidents was mostly caused by
people's unsafe behaviors and their unsafe psyche is the basic reason to cause their unsafe
behaviors.
According to the accidents happening process of environment influencing
psyche—psyche predominating behaviors一unsafe behaviors causing accidents, with the
help of psychology theories and relative knowledge of modern management theories, using
the methods of Theoretical analysis, survey and statistical accident cases,the author
enumerate the worker common violations in Linyi mining group, and analyses the cause of
the unsafe behaviors mainly are: numb psyche, lucky psyche, shortcut psyche, compelled
psyche, breaking away psyche, showing off psyche, panic psyche and going-against psyche.
Combinative oneself in mining group in the safety management experience for many years,
the author from the management mode, enterprise culture, the respect such as environment,
training mechanism, puts forward the countermeasures to improve worker unsafe
psychological factors, for solving security problems and escort for the enterprise
development.
